I purchased my car in November 2012. At the time of test drive we were assured that the hole in the exhaust would be fixed. I didn't realize it right then, but it was not fixed. The check engine light has b drive we were assured that the hole in the exhaust would be fixed. I didn't realize it right then, but it was not fixed. The check engine light has been coming off and on for this year due to the hole in the exhaust. I took it for an oil change about 3 months after purchase and was told my tires were bad. The tires were bad enough that they would have needed changing at time of purchase. I also had to have the wheel bearings replaced a few months ago and the dealer I took it to said that the bearings were probably bad when I bought the car. I finally had the chance to get the tires changed and they found a crack in one of the rims. I would almost bet my left arm that was there at time of purchase also and it would have been found had Crazy Cheap Cars cared enough to actually service the vehicle's they sell. On another note, the first sales person that helped us, Nick, was friendly but after we got passed off to the manager all hope of pleasantries went out the door. Overall this car has not been cheap, what was cheap was the service it received before being put up for sale. I do understand there is normal wear and tear on a vehicle; none of those things have been mentioned. I will not be a repeat customer nor will I recommend this business to any one. More

To start off, I was browsing Craigslist in search for my new car for a few weeks. And then I came across an ad for the vehicle i was looking for, at an unbeatable price! At first i thought i was just a scam new car for a few weeks. And then I came across an ad for the vehicle i was looking for, at an unbeatable price! At first i thought i was just a scam because of how much cheaper it was then the other dealers that had similar options in the same make/model car. Well, i got on the phone instantly with a representative, and confirmed the pricing with him, and went over some great financing options, and was so thrilled I drove 3 1/2 hours downstate, just to go to this dealership. I got there, and as soon as i pulled in the lot was greeted by a couple of very friendly salesmen. Took the car out for a test drive, and after a few minutes decided that that was the car for me, and told them I'd take it. We got down to the paperwork part of things and the numbers seemed a little higher then what i was expecting and was actually out of my budget. when i got home later that night me and my wife looked over the paperwork and it seemed like i had paid more than what it was advertised as, so I immediately called back the next morning. I talked to a sales manager and explained to him how i felt, and told him what my expectation was on price, and we shortly found out there was actually just a typo in one of the ad's for the car. Even though i had already signed the paperwork/contract on the higher (actual) price of the car, the sales manager told me he would do whatever it took to rectify the issue, and instructed me to come on back to the dealership and see what we could do. Needless to say, he already had the paperwork ready for me to sign by time i got there, and without hesitation matched the price for me on what i had initially thought was. There was a slight mix up in the beginning, but they went out of their way to make me feel like a valued customer, and i will be sure to do business with them in the future. This is why i can honestly rate CrazyCheapCars a 5* dealership. More
Let me start off by saying I have done a lot of car shopping recently, so I am well aware of how lengthly the process can be. With that being said, I had no idea that my husband and I would be sitting shopping recently, so I am well aware of how lengthly the process can be. With that being said, I had no idea that my husband and I would be sitting at this dealer for over 3 hours and not leaving until nearly 10:00 PM (and without the car). The staff was overall pleasant, but they don't seem to understand true customer service. I was told to hand over my credit card for a down payment before we were given an offer for the car! After I declined to hand over my credit card before I was shown the offer, they asked me to change over my insurance to the new vehicle. I explained again that I will not be doing anything with my credit card or my current insurance until I know if I will actually be buying the car (seems like common sense). The manager got involved to explain that it costs them "a lot of money" to make an offer to us and if we aren't a serious buyer then it hinders the process. I was completely taken back by this. Not once have I ever been told that it will cost the dealer too much money to make us an offer. When they finally gave an offer, it was not even close to what I told them my expectations were (the term was 1 year longer than my max, the payment were over $100 per month more than my max, and the interest rate was almost triple what I was offered in the past, considering my excellent credit score). I declined this offer and the assistant sales manager said it would take 30 minutes for them to make a new offer. Over an hour later, there was finally a new offer. The offer was closer to my expectations, however it was still not within my max terms. A new person came in to talk with us (did not get his name) and he said "I've heard you have been nasty with the assistant manager" then laughed it off and said he was "kidding". I didn't find it funny. Not to mention, while I was waiting, the young sales associates were literally wrestling on the sales floor. We ended up coming to an agreement, and my husband requested new brakes, rotors and calipars because during the test drive he could hear and feel that they were going to need to be replaced soon. The assistant sales manager said it was standard procedure for all of their vehicles sold to get brand new brakes, rotors, and calipars. When my husband picked up the car the following day, this was not done, and when he confronted the manager, he denied that he said it was standard procedure, and that my husband was "putting words in his mouth." If I had a choice, I would have never bought the car from this place. I will never return here because they do not deserve our business. They are the true stereotype of a car salesmen that makes you feel taken advantage of and bamboozled. More
