Brien and John were both helpful and friendly. however there we're a lot of Extra fees as well as the negotiation process was somewhat strenuous. Well, my son was looking for a vehicle, did his due diligence and found a 2009 Chevy Impala which was loaded with low miles and a price lower than the KBB. I was skeptical, and even more so as we enter diligence and found a 2009 Chevy Impala which was loaded with low miles and a price lower than the KBB. I was skeptical, and even more so as we entered the dealership on a Saturday morning. My fears were not true as Kevin and Jon navigated the sale and worked with me to get a good tire deal to replace the worn tires on the vehicle. The only issue was with the insurance company-apparently you don't call them on weekends to get a new car put on. I had to go back on Monday to close the deal because of the insurance company. And the car was delivered to me two days later, and I live 30 miles away from the dealership. All throughout the process, Jon was professional and courteous.
