Overall great experience! Ian was a great salesman to work with. He was friendly and informative, but didn't make me feel pressured to buy. On my first visit, he patiently answered my questions and made helpful suggestions while i looked around the lot and took a few test drives. He didn't get pushy or become nasty when i decided to leave without buying, after taking up a few hours of his time. Because of his great attitude and helpfulness, I set up a second visit with him when i was more ready to buy, and he made the whole process as easy as possible and sent me home in my new car.
