Love my SUV!!! Over the past 6 months I have purchased and traded in multiple vehicles and I am happy to say that I have finally found the one. I recently purchased a Ford Explorer from this dealer and I am totally in love with it. You always go to a dealership and don't know what to expect but this time it was different. Everyone was extremely friendly and professional. They made me feel if they actually cared about me purchasing a vehicle that I wanted. They did everything they could so I was able to take my vehicle home the same night. They stayed past closing to make sure that I was happy and had everything. I would recommend them to anyone in this area that is looking to purchase a vehicle. More

I was unable to make it out there that same day, but the following afternoon we took the drive out and signed all the paperwork and within a couple of hours we were leaving with the new car. It always a plus when you can get right in and out. Thanks guys! More

Also, I didn't know what car I was even looking for but he asked my price range and took the time to show me every car on the lot that was within my price range and made sure that I was in love with the car before saying yes to it. Crazy Cheap Cars was the last of many stops that day for car shopping and Al by far impressed me with how friendly and helpful he was compared to all other dealers I went too. The sales people do not high pressure you into a car purchase and the prices here are definitely lower than anywhere else. Thousands lower. And the selection is huge. I bought a 2014 Kia sedan here and got the best deal ever! My daughter wants to buy her first car here when she gets her license. I'll say this, if you don't buy your car here you must be crazy! Discovered a couple of issues after getting my vehicle home. Jon sent me to Steve in service and Steve took care of me. Took a couple of trips from Buffalo, but in the end they fixed the issues free of charge. So I guess I'd like to grab a beer with Steve too. My car buying experience I was very nervous about buying a used car from a dealer. Iwas not sure if i could get financed because my credit rating was not great and I had not h I was very nervous about buying a used car from a dealer. Iwas not sure if i could get financed because my credit rating was not great and I had not had a loan in my own name in many years. Well to my surprise when my son and walked into Crazy Cheap Cars we were treated very well. Mike sat us down and asked some pertinent questions about what i was looking for and what I wanted to spend. He introduced us to Ryan who was friendly and courteous, while he got started looking for financing. We did end up spending 4-5 hours looking, test driving and waiting but it was well worth it when I drove my 2011 Ford Focus off the lot that same day. I did feel a little pressured to spend more than I wanted but I did not believe that I would qualify for a loan when I walked on the Lot and 5 hours later I was a car owner. Pretty Cool. More

Two Timer I live in Buffalo and traveled 65 or so miles to do business here. This is the 2nd vehicle I have purchased from this dealership. My first purchase (a few years ago) was totally seamless and a great experience, all expectations were met and or exceeded. This purchase had a couple of bumps or burps but all-in-all still a great deal and a fabulous vehicle. Both of my purchases were made during my first visit, and I never felt pressured or cornered.
