Best experience for a first time buyer. Being that this was my first vehicle purchase from a dealer, I certainly had some concerns. I had been looking for a new vehicle for a few weeks now, Being that this was my first vehicle purchase from a dealer, I certainly had some concerns. I had been looking for a new vehicle for a few weeks now, but every time when it came to price, Crazy Cheap Cars always seemed to have the best price. I got a loan and everything, but the terms were very restrictive elsewhere, so I called up Crazy Cheap Cars finally and asked how they could help me. I spoke with Jose and he was more than willing to see what he could do for me. I filled out the paperwork and I was approved for a loan through one of their banks immediately. The last issue that remained was getting out to get the car. They took care of that too. Ryan drove out in the vehicle I was going to purchase, picked me right up, and I got to test drive it back out to the dealership. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. More

At first we thought it was too good to be true but when we got to the dealership there was a ton of options to choose from and the quality of customer service was top notch as nick pulled every car to the front door so we could look at and test drive, we had several we wanted to look at and our salesman never looked annoyed or in a rush like other dealers before. We bought because of nick and the laid back personality and non pressure we got from him and the signing guy we will return for our next car as well highly recommended salesman and dealership, can't beat the quality of service and definitely not the prices.. The car purchased made it worth the experience. As a repeat customer (with a family that has purchased a LOT of cars here), we were disappointed with the lack of clear communication between the empl As a repeat customer (with a family that has purchased a LOT of cars here), we were disappointed with the lack of clear communication between the employees at the shop and their communication with us. We called ahead to schedule a test drive with our car, but had to wait almost an hour once arriving because it wasn't there. Once it was purchased, we then waited multiple days to be able to pick up our vehicle and had to call many times in order to find out its status in the service department...even though we were told we would be notified at specific times each day. At pick up, we discovered many small flaws and witnessed a service employee throw our tire cover onto the cement, only adding to the list of scratches and dents. We also had to wait an additional hour (thank god we had our stroller since we are from an hour away and had our baby with us). Because the car we purchased will be one that we can drive many years (low mileage), we can't say we are entirely disappointed. The price was great (allowing us to ignore some of the mentioned scratches), and the sales team worked with us to secure a monthly payment we could afford...but they did assume we wanted a warrantee which added to the cost and the time we spent waiting, because the paperwork had to be completely redone. It was also uncomfortable to have a sales person push this survey and then call us at home and then while they knew we were on vacation (when they didn't call about our car while they had it still, but needed it for vacation) and ask for a "great review so they didn't get in trouble."
