I literally saved $2000 to $3000! I started looking for a GOOD used pick-up truck about 3 weeks ago. Living in Batavia shopping local is limited so I started my search in Rochester and I started looking for a GOOD used pick-up truck about 3 weeks ago. Living in Batavia shopping local is limited so I started my search in Rochester and Buffalo (a 40 to 50 mile journey). I started to get a bit frustrated as prices seemed just out of reach for my budget. My credit wasn't A1 but its not terrible either so I was getting frustrated at the interest rates dealers were quoting me. A friend suggested that I try Crazy Cheap Cars, a dealership just 8 miles from home. I checked their website ( www.crazycheapcars.com ) a found a truck at a great price. I called them up, asked if it was available still, which to be honest I can't tell you how many times I called other dealers about an "Internet Special" just to be told, "Oh we just sold it, but we have another just a bit more $$" Anyway the truck was there at the price advertised and the financing! That's what sealed the deal! I got a great rate (lower than expected) and a payment RIGHT where I needed to be. Drove my new truck home that day! That same truck in Rochester and Buffalo was being quoted to me anywhere from $2000 to $3000 higher. That coupled with a higher interest rate would have cost me a hundred dollars more per month. So in the end I got what I felt to be a CRAZY DEAL! Its been a couple of weeks and I did have to take the truck in for some minor issues. When I picked the truck up Mike (The service manager) told me he had his guys go over the truck and replaced a few things (one was brake pads and rotors) just b/c he didn't like the way they looked. That's service! So would I recommend this place to a friend? OH HECK YEAH! More

The one that made it happen for me was Ryan Woodward. Excellent guy. I never felt that I was just dealing with a car salesman. Ryan made you feel like you've been friends for years. He worked with me on every aspect of our negotiations and not once did I feel pressured. Good dealer, good deals, great service We found an ad online for a car we were looking for from this dealer, a used 2014 Ford focus. The car was basically new! It was in great condition, with wonderful drivability and breaks. There was still warranty left with the car and for the price, it was a great find. Jack was our salesman. He was personable, friendly, and most importantly for us, not pushy. He was there to help, answer questions but not give us a huge sales pitch which many car salesman's tend to push. The one negative of the car itself was the lack of owners manual. However, when I mentioned this to the dealer, they told us they would find us a manual to replace it for free, and they did. I have no complaints with the car itself and I would recommend looking into the dealer to those searching for some good deals for used cars. More
