They held the car for me as promised, and Jay even picked me up from the hotel. Everyone is super friendly, no negotiations or any hassle – transaction went smoothly. Shortly after buying the car, it had stabilitrak issues. Frustrated, I contacted GM and GM assured me that there was no way the dealer would’ve been able to know at the time since the engine light was not on. Even then, Brian the service manager at Crazy Cheap contacted me when he found out. He offered help and stayed in contact with me until the issue was fixed – now that is going above and beyond, very well appreciated. Great folks, I hope they start carrying Teslas when I’m ready to get my next car. I highly recommend these guys. Ask for Jay or Conan, although I’m confident anyone there will provide fantastic service. Thumbs up!! More

Awesome, swift experience! I went there to see one car in particular, took it for a test drive, and was given plenty of time and gas to drive till I felt comfortable with it. They really look out for your best interest to make sure you get into the right car/truck. They gave me all the options available, and after test driving 3 cars/trucks, I ended up selecting a 2017 Ford Explorer. Stephen was awesome. We drove 1 1/2 hours to see 4 black out Silverados. All really nice trucks and better priced than anyone else around. One had already sold by the time we got there. I was able to save over a half of a % point and I am thankful to him for doing that. Chelsi my sales associate was very good also and professional. She answered all my questions I live in Brewerton NY and the staff stayed late so I could take the car home the same day instead of having to drive over 100 miles to get my vehicle on another day everyone in the store was friendly. I would recommend this dealership to others. More
