Unfortunately we were brushed off by the big lots, and the buy-here-pay-here lots did nothing but hammer us with cheesy sales tactics and followed up poorly. Ryan was a fresh change of pace. I'm not naive, I know his job is to close on a sale. However, I never felt uncomfortable. I felt like he listened to what I needed, and worked hard to get me in the right car for the right price. Ryan didnt treat us like we were just another paycheck, he focused on customer service first and foremost and made buying a car from Crazy Cheap a no-brainer. My father was with me when we walked the lot, and was so impressed that he already committed to purchasing his next vehicle from crazy cheap as well. When we're ready to replace our second car we'll be back, and we'll recommend this business 10 times over. More
