He also ensured that I drove the cars I wanted. Jon was wonderful as well. He took the time to get to now me as a person so he knew what kind of car I would mesh well with the most. And that he did. Really great dealership I really loved my experience with the gentlemen at this dealership. This is the third pre-enjoyed car I've bought in my adult life, and while the othe I really loved my experience with the gentlemen at this dealership. This is the third pre-enjoyed car I've bought in my adult life, and while the other dealership experiences weren't "bad," I definitely felt like I was in a car dealership. The atmosphere at Crazy Cheap Cars was just more laid back, and the staff seemed to really *know cars* as opposed to putting on an act that they know cars just to sell you something. I talked quite a bit with my sales guy (Jack, he's awesome) about the benefits of having a manual transmission. The last place I went to test drive a car the sales guy didn't even know how to *drive* a stick, let alone the benefits of having one. Things like that make a world of difference in the level of confidence with a dealer. I also genuinely appreciated that before I came out to test drive the vehicle the woman on the phone said, "Well, let me make sure we still have it." I had just a few days earlier gone to test drive a vehicle that had been sold two days BEFORE I scheduled the test drive. It was really nice to feel like they knew my time mattered and didn't want me to waste it. I will definitely make the trip out there again when we need a new car. More

My salesperson, Otis, was pleasant, helpful, and patient as I test drove several vehicles over two days to find "the one". He offered suggestions, listened to my concerns, and helped get me into the perfect car for me; not the perfect car he wanted to sell. A shout out also to the "Car Whisperer" who convinced me that a Ford can be just as good as a Chevy. To seal the deal, Dave was able to get a superb finance rate for me. Come time to trade my new purchase, I'm sure I'll return to Crazy Cheap Cars. More
