Waste of trip and time Complete waste of time! Spoke to Conan on the phone and explained my situation. He told me they have access to a lot more lenders then the average dea Complete waste of time! Spoke to Conan on the phone and explained my situation. He told me they have access to a lot more lenders then the average dealership and suggested to make an appointment for which I did. Had everything to go, all my paystubs, payoff note, extra set of keys, etc. Drove from Cheektowaga only to spend about 1/2 hour - 45 minutes there. Arrived there and didn't even meet Conan, even though he was there and walked by us a couple times. Chelsi was our Salesperson, who was decent, but she is a salesperson and was only doing her job. My wife wanted to go online while we waited and was told outside wifi is blocked and they don't give out the password to CrazyCheapCars wifi. So I asked where the pop machine was and was told they only have Energy drinks in a fridge in their business office. But the big one is they DIDN'T even look at my 2011 Impala with only 92000 miles on it! My wife and I filled out applications and after 15 minutes, was told there was nothing they could do! Again, DID NOT even appraise my car!! I spent more time to and from there, then I did there!!! Just a HORRIBLE experience! Would NOT recommend! More
