Waste of trip and time Complete waste of time! Spoke to Conan on the phone and explained my situation. He told me they have access to a lot more lenders then the average dea Complete waste of time! Had everything to go, all my paystubs, payoff note, extra set of keys, etc. Drove from Cheektowaga only to spend about 1/2 hour - 45 minutes there. Arrived there and didn't even meet Conan, even though he was there and walked by us a couple times. Chelsi was our Salesperson, who was decent, but she is a salesperson and was only doing her job. My wife wanted to go online while we waited and was told outside wifi is blocked and they don't give out the password to CrazyCheapCars wifi. So I asked where the pop machine was and was told they only have Energy drinks in a fridge in their business office. But the big one is they DIDN'T even look at my 2011 Impala with only 92000 miles on it! My wife and I filled out applications and after 15 minutes, was told there was nothing they could do! Again, DID NOT even appraise my car!! I spent more time to and from there, then I did there!!! Just a HORRIBLE experience! Would NOT recommend! More

Out of Town Buyer After extensive research, I saw that the lowest prices I could find on a Malibu Hybrid was either at Crazy Cheap Cars or in California. They held the car for me as promised, and Jay even picked me up from the hotel. Everyone is super friendly, no negotiations or any hassle – transaction went smoothly. Shortly after buying the car, it had stabilitrak issues. Frustrated, I contacted GM and GM assured me that there was no way the dealer would’ve been able to know at the time since the engine light was not on. Even then, Brian the service manager at Crazy Cheap contacted me when he found out. He offered help and stayed in contact with me until the issue was fixed – now that is going above and beyond, very well appreciated. Great folks, I hope they start carrying Teslas when I’m ready to get my next car. I highly recommend these guys. Ask for Jay or Conan, although I’m confident anyone there will provide fantastic service. Thumbs up!! More

Awesome, swift experience! I went there to see one car in particular, took it for a test drive, and was given plenty of time and gas to drive till I felt comfortable with it. They really look out for your best interest to make sure you get into the right car/truck. They gave me all the options available, and after test driving 3 cars/trucks, I ended up selecting a 2017 Ford Explorer.
