He also makes sure that what you buy meets standards and that you ride away safely into the sunset. I suggested some maintenance repairs (rear brakes in particular), and Jon made sure that the problems were fixed. Buying a car is a process which often requires a second or third trip to a dealer to ensure that the vehicle is in the best condition, is inspected and detailed. Everyone working at this dealership cares about making your experience the best it can be. When you walk up to the place, you WILL be greeted and attended to. You will be treated with respect from start to finish. Thank you Jon Cassidy and all at Cray Cray Cars. I will be back. More

Happy Customer I bought an '07 Nissan Altima in April 2015. Jared was my sales person, and he was very patient and helpful. Jared and staff made the shopping process fairly painless. They moved cars in and out for test driving with ease. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. There was some 'confusion' on the price of the car, my trade-in and financing - but the Sales Manager (John) went above expectation to ensure a fair and satisfying sale. Sales has followed up twice to make sure we are satisfied. We had a minor mechanical issue soon after purchase that the Service team addressed very professionally and stood by their product. We are happy with our sales and service experience. More
Avoid this dealership!!!!! I would like to preface this review by saying that I am leaving this after being suggested to do so by crazy cheap cars after purchasing my vehicle fr I would like to preface this review by saying that I am leaving this after being suggested to do so by crazy cheap cars after purchasing my vehicle from them. They gave me the name of this this website and told me to leave a review. I recently purchased a vehicle from crazy cheap cars. After doing research on my own, I realized that the sale price on my vehicle was nearly $5,000 below the KBB value. I felt that, given the condition of the vehicle and the price of it, I was getting a great deal so I decided to purchase it. The evening I sat down with the staff and verbally committed to purchasing the truck, I put $100 down with my debit card for them to hold the vehicle until the following night when I wold return to pick it up and sign all of the papers. The following night, I returned to sign all of the paperwork. When I sat down and thought I was going to sign all of the papers and leave with my new vehicle, the salesman started in with his speech about the comprehensive warranty plan and undercoating plan that I could purchase for an extra amount. I don't recall exactly, but I believe the warranty was around $2,800 and the undercoating was around $1,700. After listening to his monotone speech and reading the pamphlet on the warranty, I realized that neither plan were worth the amount they were asking and were a complete waste of money. I then informed the salesman that I was not interested in them, to which he then told me he would have to go re-do my contract because he had already figured in the warranty plan and/or the undercoating into my contract. (I don't recall which plan was put in my contract because the paperwork did not give me a detailed breakdown.) This was my first major problem with this dealership. THEY HAD ASSUMED THAT I WOULD WANT THE WARRANTY PLAN BEFORE THEY EVEN TALKED TO ME ABOUT IT!!!!!! What legitimate business incorporates extra fees into a contract before talking with a consumer? After telling the salesman that I was not interested in these extra plans, he left to "re-do" my contract. After waiting what seemed like forever, he finally returned with "corrected" contract and all of the other papers and financing paperwork for me to sign. I began signing the papers, but had to stop momentarily when I got to the one instalment contract. The numbers on this contract just did not add up and I asked the salesman to explain, which he attempted to but claimed he was not the head financial person and was not sure. In my error, I signed the contract and all of the remaining paperwork and took my truck home. Once I got home I opened the envelope with my copies of the paperwork. I crunched all of the numbers with the help of a relative in accounting and we determined that there was AN EXTRA $2,500 factored into my contract. However, we could not determine what this $2,500 was for because they did not give me a copy of the bill of sale, which had the complete breakdown of all of the pricing and fees. I returned to crazy cheap cars the next day and sat down with the 'head financial guy,' who was the only one that was halfway helpful during this entire process. AFTER HE LOOKED OVER MY FILE IN THE OTHER ROOM (they don't ever bring your file into the room...they do everything amongst themselves behind closed doors very secretively), HE DETERMINED THAT THEY MADE A MISTAKE AND NEVER TOOK THE EXTRA WARRANTY/UNDERCOATING PACKAGE OFF OF MY CONTRACT. Really?!?! I thought the salesman left the night before to correct my contract! I GUESS NOT!!! After getting my contract corrected with the head financial person and asking him why I did not get a copy of the bill of sale, he claimed that there are only 2 parts to the carbon copy, one of which stays at the dealer and the other goes to the bank. THE CONSUMER DOES NOT GET A COPY?!?!?! I had to ask them to make a special copy. This dealership makes their living off of scamming people. If it were not for myself being attentive and crunching all of the number myself, they would have made and extra couple of thousand off of me that they were not entitled to. The little scheme they run involves selling vehicles for thousands below kbb value, but then add on all of these useless warranty packages and undercoating fees to make all of that money back. CRAZY CHEAP CARS TRIED TO PULL A FAST ONE ON ME BUT IT DID NOT WORK!!! I PURCHASED MY VEHICLE AT A GREAT PRICE AND DID NOT LET THEM GET AWAY WITH ADDING IN ALL OF THE OTHER PACKAGES THAT THEY TRIED TO ADD!!!!!!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!!! More

The cars here were in general $1,000-$3,000 cheaper online then dealers but they also tried to add on over $2,000 of needless additional fees that Nissan dealerships did not. The car i eventually endeding up purchasing was on line for $8,900 they tried to get me to walk out paying $10,900 for the car. After calling and speaking to a manager about all the add ons and how ridiculous the "extras" were, i payed only the taxes i should have and cost me $1,000 & change less then they originally quoted. Nice place to shop, very helpful but be careful of add on fees that are not needed. get you to come in for low internet price but then try and gouge a little extra from you. The gentleman who showed us around was great, very helpful. The finance department, not so much More
