Well here we are with no car still. It's been 3 weeks and a day from when I first brought it in for repair. Was told to take it to the mini cooper dealer and you would pay for everything. So I did that. First time was told what was wrong with the car. The water pump was leaking, thermostat needed to be replaced, brake sensors also needed to be replaced and the back speaker also needed to be replaced. They were ready to fix all this but the speaker. The speaker had to be ordered the rest of the parts they had on hand. They had to put the car back together seeing they didn't get the ok from you to do the work that day. I was told I had to come back but they were booked till the next week. I had to wait an 1 1/2hr for them to put the car together. I made the appointment for the next week. Again wasn't hearing back from you. I took the car in at 7am. At 3:30 pm you finally got back to the dealer that you wanted the car brought back to you. You noticed I didn't have an extended warranty. So by you saying 'take it to a mini dealer and we will pay for it' wasn't what you meant. You should have said take it to a mini dealer and your extended warranty will pay for it. Then I would have been able to tell you I didn't have one. I called your office and of course got Ben's voice mail. He called me back 2 hrs later. Insulting my intelligence then telling me he would probably only replace the thermostat and brake sensors and not the water pump and the speaker isn't covered under the lemon law. WOW!!! With all the running around from your place to the mini dealer twice you would think you would fix what is wrong with the car with no hassle. It has cost me a lot of money and time, which I don't have, with this roller coaster ride. I was told by Ben to call the following Wednesday to see if the parts were in. So that's what I did. Called Wednesday and got the voice mail. I left a message. I got a call back from a Steve who was taking Ben's place for the week. He told me Ben would be back on Tuesday to call back then. He couldn't help me. Are you kidding me?? How long do you think a person should be without a car they just bought? I received my payment book for a car I can't drive. That is awesome!! I had the car flat bedded to your dealership on thursday. I called today, that's when Ben was to be back. I get a voice mail. I leave a message to call me back with the status of my car. I never received a call back. When is my car going to be fixed and is it going to be fixed right? This is getting to be a complete inconvenience seeing I live 82 miles from your dealership and 60 miles from the mini dealer. It has already cost me quite a bit of money in gas driving my car and a friend's each of the 4 times I have brought it in and still no results.
