Reasonable prices, friendly staff Went into this dealership after researching SUV's online. It was about an hour away, but their internet pricing seemed worth the drive. Printed out a list of potential vehicles to test drive (about ten), which the sales manager Ryan Woodward was unfazed by, even though he would have to go retrieve each one from one of their two lots on a cold, windy day. As it turned out, we went with the first one we tested, a Ford Edge. Ryan then introduced Frank Abbott, a dealer with first-hand knowledge of Ford products, to show us all the features of our new SUV. Nick Manuel helped us with financing, going back several times to work out options and details with the bank on our behalf. This is not a suit and tie, everyone uncomfortable type of dealership- we had a few conversations and more than a few laughs while waiting for bank and DMV callbacks. It was an enjoyable experience, I'll be trading in a truck there in spring. More
