Charged me $2,200 ove the price online This was the worst car buying experience EVER!! And over the years I have previously purchased 3 vehicles from Crazy Cheap. Mike & Bill were fine. Jon This was the worst car buying experience EVER!! And over the years I have previously purchased 3 vehicles from Crazy Cheap. Mike & Bill were fine. Jon Cassidy was awful! We were there for 5 hours and had no intentions of taking the car that day. We felt like we had lost our minds by the time we hit the finance office with Jon. (not) Thankfully he was able to share his psychology background with us so we were fully aware of how capable he was at sticking it to us. He even tried to build a relationship offering to pick up a title at my house.... no thanks. Off we went with our new car, the next morning as I read the bill of sale I noticed a $2,200 dollar difference in the online price and what I was charged. I text Jon who said to call him on his cell the next morning. When we questioned that our payments seemed off by about $40 from what we figured we were told the calculations tool we were using was inaccurate. They would only give me $1,000 for my trade but within a week they had it on their website for $4,000 as a great deal... HMMMM??? AND we stupidly took the new car anyway. When I called Jon Monday morning it took hours to reach him & of course the finance information had already gone through. He told me that sale price is never listed on the bill (and treated me like I was stupid)he said I could come in later for him to explain it to me but that was it. I even requested to buy back my trade for $1,000 (I still had the title) and he said, "No, that is not how it works." My husband called back a few hours later and a manager (Nick Manuel I believe) fixed/covered the problem saying we were charged for Ziebart- we weren't we refused it.... and he issued us a check for $1,800 that doesn't change our payments. I will never go back and honestly will tell people about my terrible experience! READ ALL OF YOUR PAPERWORK!! No idea how these people sleep at night! More

Small town - Big time service I never heard of Oakfield, NY, even though it is only 50 miles from my home. But my online search showed that they had a car that seemed to fulfill my I never heard of Oakfield, NY, even though it is only 50 miles from my home. But my online search showed that they had a car that seemed to fulfill my need for a second "Winter Car". I checked the box that said I might be interested and within minutes got a response from one of their salespersons who said that I could come out there and inspect the car right away if I wished. I was greeted in the parking lot by a friendly staff member who took me inside and located the salesman. After a brief introductory conversation, he had the car brought around and we took it for a test drive. The vehicle was all that I had hoped it would be so I put down a deposit and arranged to pick it up the next day. As promised, all was ready when I arrived including the plates, registration, insurance, et al. The car was nicely detailed and after signing the necessary papers, I was on my way. I have to say, that I was thoroughly impressed with the sales operation. As a mechanical engineer, all my questions, some of which were fairly technical, were answered promptly and clearly. The price was significantly lower than was being quoted for similarly equipped vehicles on CarMax. If I ever need to replace this or my other car, I will certainly return to this dealer in the future. More

Once I knew I loved the car I dealt with his manager Brian Dioguardi who made the process go along real smooth. I didn't fell pressured at all. The whole experience was wonderful, definitely know where I'm going from now on. More
