Expedited needed repair on damaged window. Car was immaculate when I picked it up. Paperwork was a breeze. Couldn't have been happier. Aftercare, picked the car up on Friday and on Sunday while out driving the tire pressure indicator came on. I emailed Ryan on Monday morning and explained and just asked if I stopped in if someone could add some air for me. I'm from a simpler driving time so I planned my old school diagnostic system, add air, if tire looses some again then check...valve stem, if not that check the bead, if not that check the rim. All this I figured would be on me. Right now I just needed some air. Well Ryan and your service team went far beyond my expectations. Fifteen minutes later Service team leader had the car back tire in fine shape, the problem found was a faulty sensor that they replaced. So, I give 5 stars to Ryan for making the sale AND a further 5 stars for customer aftercare. Total 10 stars! OUTSTANDING! More

Going into buying my first car off an actual lot I was a little hesitant and intimidated not knowing how it could go. But then we met with Ryan, the guy knew his products wasn't a pushy salesman talked to m little hesitant and intimidated not knowing how it could go. Thought this place was good. But after a few months not good. Dont like to fix your vehicle and don't ever return calls or they give you a run around or hang up on you. Disnt have the vehicle for a year and the motor blew. They replaced it but it leaks oil really bad and I have found to spots now. Have to put oil in it every week. They said they would call our local chevy dealer but no. We were without out vechile for 6 weeks. If they take care of the issue or get us out of this my review will be better. But right now 0 stars.They don't even return your phone call or text. The service department sucks. And certain salesmen stink. They care about selling you a vehicle to get their pay but when you have issues and need it fixed they run you around. Still waiting been over 2 months for Mike George to call. They tell me he is busy and all. And they said we can get you out of the vehicle but you need a good down payment and your loan payment will be higher. How when you sold us a peice of junk and kbow it. I smell lemon!! More
Complete joke of a dealership I went in to trade in my excellent running condition 2012 Honda Pilot with 129,000 miles on it, they claimed on another rating website that they offer I went in to trade in my excellent running condition 2012 Honda Pilot with 129,000 miles on it, they claimed on another rating website that they offered me $6,000, when in reality they slapped me in the face with an offer of $2,500. KBB has it at $6,500 for a trade in at a dealership, $9,500 for a private sale. They also claimed I wanted $12,500 for my trade in, which is utter xxxxxxxx, I'm more realistic than that. Stay away from this place unless you like getting nothing for your trade-in. My suggestion is to sell your vehicle on your own. It worked out for me, got $8,500 for mine, and best of all they didn't get my business. More
