After I found the truck on their well-designed website, I visited their lot and was greeted by Stephen Thweatt (great saleman BTW) who made me feel comfortable and confident from the test drive to the purchase and on thru delivery. They asked the kind of questions that someone would ask as if they were trying to make sure I was buying the right vehicle, which I found amazing. They openly discussed their business model which was not something you get at every dealership - gained my trust. Everybody there had a consistent customer focus and will tell you what they can and can't do - fair enough. Their pricing is very fair and was below NADA/KBB values. When I asked they explained everything that went into their lower price, pointing out things like slightly worn tires, scratches, etc.) so you know exactly what you're getting. I've never seen that before and appreciated the honestly. Also gave me fair value for my trade in. At delivery, everyone went out of their way to make sure we were satisfied and the mechanics went over the truck to make sure everything was right.
