He knew what our max was and didn't pressure me into all the options they offer like ziebart, extended warranty, etc. He made me aware of those option, did a great job educating me on the value, but when I said no, he moved on. We were trading in a car and on our way to the dealership to do the final paperwork we hit a freaking deer. After the repair they still took the car in trade and didn't alter the deal we made. Now of course that may be unique to our case based on the quality of our trade, but it does go to show they more than kept their word. We are a month in with the new car and love it. No problems at all. These guys proved to me that some dealerships still have integrity. More
