I wouldn't even mind buying another vehicle from them. However, the 2014 Ford Focus they sold me has had nothing but problems. This will be the 5th time it has been brought back to their shop for repairs since I bought it in November 2018. I have taken this car to other dealerships to get appraised to see about trading it in, and they all tell me that this car shouldn't have been sold to me. The minute they drive my car they can tell it has more problems than what the service center at crazy cheap cars is telling me. This is our family car and it has gotten to the point where we do not feel comfortable driving this car with our kid in it. I emailed them over a week ago asking about any sort of possibility of taking this car back and trading it for a better vehicle. I have not gotten a response back and everytime I inquire about another vehicle I am interested in, no one bothers to get back to me. After this next service visit for my car, if there are any more problems or if the issue is not fixed, I will definitely be getting a lawyer to help resolve this. Multiple people have told me Crazy Cheap Cars sold me a lemon. And I'm starting to realize they're right. I understand they sell plenty of vehicles a week with no issues. But there will always be a couple bad lemons in there and, unfortunately, I got a lemon. The car seemed ok and reliable when I first bought it, but now it is becoming a constant pain in the xxx and a huge safety concern especially when I have a kid in the back seat. More

Since the moment we pulled in Ryan Woodward was extremely freindly and helpful, never making us feel pressured in any part of the process. When we didn't find what we were looking for the first visit so he wrote down what I was looking for and discussed the price range I was comfortable in. He said finding THE car for me wouldn't be a problem at all and that I should hear back from them within a couple days. It didn't even take that long! Just after arriving back at home he called and let me know that they had just lowered the price of a vehicle that was on the lot to work within my budget! He had offered to show me the vehicle on our first visit but I knew it was out of my price range and didn't want to look at something I knew I couldn't afford. It was A DEAL OF A LIFETIME and I knew I COULDN'T PASS UP THE OPPORTUNITY. We returned the following evening to look at the vehicle and even though he had other interested parties who could have shown up sooner he held it for us till we could make it in! "Crazy Cheap Cars" in Oakfield, NY(Near Akron, Batavia) by far exceeded our expectations with the price of the 2018 vehicle. It was priced around $2000 under current value, and we got it for $16,491.00. So underpriced, there was no need to haggle. Very easy and smooth experience. We purchased a warranty and secured our financing through a credit union for lower used car rates(2.75 at 72). As long as you know what you want(or a ball park), and have your rates, descent credit, it was a very smooth process. Upon delivery, Van was very clean, inside and out, and it was a gift for my wife(late Christmas). I would suggest you use Ryan Woodward, he is the sales manager at the dealership. We will be returning in less than 6 months to purchase another car for my son. After dealing with a horrible dealer and experience in Lockport, 2 weeks ago, this dealer and sales manager was both refreshing and positive.
