Took over a week to get car we were interested in buying. We explained that our son could only afford payments around 150. They had added on a warranty, Ziebart, customer program, and window etching, and this totaled over 4000 dollars. This drove up the term and thus drove the interest rate way up. We had to argue for hours to get the price back down. I even explained to Denny that this was the worst car experience that we had ever had. My wife and I had even individually spoken with the sales manager Ryan which was a waste of time. During the discussions with Denny I advised him that even the sales manager was a joke. We were finally ready to take the car when Ryan the sales manager stormed outside screaming you want to talk to my. I responded that I did not want to talk to him. He proceeded to step threateningly up into my face and scream did you call me a Joker. Needless to say we did not take the car. They tried to take advantage in every way possible and were the most unprofessional dealer I have ever dealt with. My kids, my wife and I all suffered for several days after this experience. After all was said and done we also realized that they were trying to sell the car for 200 more than they agreed upon. Shady dealer, stay away. More

I had a great buying experience. We were given time to look around on the lot without salesmen following us around. I went in and got a salesman to assist me when I was ready. My salesman (Greg) was very friendly and did not pressure me into buying anything. He was honest and very knowledgeable about the vehicle that I was interested in. I did wind up purchasing the vehicle. Their prices are very reasonable, especially considering the year, miles, and condition of the car. I had looked elsewhere and couldn't find anything comparable. The price advertized was the price I paid. I was also able to obtain a free Carfax report on the dealer’s website prior to purchasing. The website is fantastic. It is well maintained and kept current. You can view their inventory and pictures (inside and out), and the dealer doesn't hide the price, year, or mileage. My car is in excellent condition. I had a minor issue with the keyless entry remote. They were very courteous and willing to assist me. Great seller! I would highly recommend them to others looking to buy a used vehicle. More
