bought a jeep grand cherokee recently- asked them to adjust a door which wasn't hanging properly... it came back out of alignment worse than it was before, and had two new dents. i took it to a real bod adjust a door which wasn't hanging properly... it came back out of alignment worse than it was before, and had two new dents. i took it to a real body shop to get repaired, which i should have done instead of letting their hacks dent and chip paint. while i was waiting for the door to be adjusted, i watched a mechanic reefing on a pontiac grand am- kneeling on its fender, all his weight on the plastic air venting under the windshield.. noticed the hood of the car was on the roof without ANYTHING on the roof to protect it from scratching. the only positive: they mailed me my spare key they claimed they didn't have when i took delivery. First trip to the dealership was Sat. 6/2/2012 for a 1PM appointment which was made the previous day. I was assured the car would be ready to test drive. After waiting around the dealership forever, I finally test drove the car. When I returned I could not get anyone to sit down and talk to me so I left. I returned Monday 6/4/2012 and agreed to purchase. Was told I could pick it up the next day as the car hadn't been run through the shop yet. Unfortunately I couldn't and we agreed upon Wednesday 6/6. After getting there, another 2 hours passed because the car still wasn't ready for delivery. $75 charge on my invoice for gas, $175 for registration fees (which, NYS residents, you do NOT NEED TO PAY [consult your local DMV for these regulations])and I finally had my car. The dealership did not give me the proper paperwork for registration, did not issue a temporary registration so I drove it home with no stickers. The next day, after numerous attempts would never answer any phone calls from me or return any messages. I advise all to BEWARE and STAY AWAY!!! Do your homework, their prices draw you in but the customer service and public relations are horrendous! More

Buyers, beware! Make sure you know what you are financing before signing any papers. They are dishonest with the amount they give you for your trade in and tell you that they inflate the price of financing before signing any papers. They are dishonest with the amount they give you for your trade in and tell you that they inflate the price of the car as well as what they are giving you for your trade in to make it look like you are getting a better deal with the bank and make you think it is ok because that is what they do. They sold us the wrong car, changed the VIN during the signing of the papers and then changed the price by over $4000. When we realized it was the wrong car we took it back. They suggested we leave it there so that we would not add any additional miles to the vehicle so they could sell it. It took over a week to get it resolved. They would not cancel the transaction and would not tell us how much was being financed and just wanted us to come back and sign the papers. They still wanted us to pay over $3000 to "buy out" of the contract even though this was entirely their fault. When we finally settled on a car with the correct price, none of the work that they said they would do to have it ready was done. They just wanted to get us to sign the papers and leave. We did that and the day after while driving the car, the "check engine light" goes on. We find that the electronic lock for the drivers side door does not work which causes the alarm to go off when you open the door. Originally we thought the price for the vehicle we ended up with was good until now. How much is it going to cost us to have a vehicle that is working correctly. We are so disgusted with the way this was handled we will never recommend them to anyone and have begun to tell others to stay away. It is too bad this was such a nightmare. People need to know what they are up against with this place. More

i visited this dealer on 7/7 to look at a trans am advertised. after doing research on this vehicle, the dealers asking price is thousands over kbb value, on an 18 year old car which had no way to be advertised. after doing research on this vehicle, the dealers asking price is thousands over kbb value, on an 18 year old car which had no way to be financed. i then inquired about an 05 monte carlo which i felt was certainly a better chance to be financed. after waiting over 2 hours for a response at the dealer, they had no answer but would contact me as soon as they heard. i received a call from brian who i beleive is a sales mgr. there later this day saying the bank had approved the loan and wanted me to come back for delivery. unfortunately i couldnt return but advised him i would come back on mon. 7/9 and complete the transaction. on mon. 7/9 i contacted james my salesperson to confirm that i was approved and was told everything was done and he would see me that night. at 5pm i received a call from him stating that they had not gotten me financed after all and were still waiting for the bank to reply. never the less i asked him why i was told on sat. i was approved and then denied within hours of picking up this vehicle. he couldnt give me a straight answer but told me he would call when he had an answer. i waited 30 min. and then called and left a terse message for brian that he had an hour to come up with an answer or the deal was off. i had already added this vehicle to my insurance but now removed it promptly. i have bought many cars in the past 30 years and never encountered this kind of underhanded behaviour by a business. they continue to knock people over the fence by putting them into vehicles upside down at the start and pair them with subprime lenders. it is no wonder they have an c- rating with the bbb. i read enough complaints over the weekend and their actions certainly justify these. mr. ognibene had his ford franchise seized from him years ago for unscrupulous dealings with ford and screwing his customers. my advise to anyone reading this is to avoid this dealership at all costs and read some of the complaints at this website..... 6 months after the purchase the truck made a bunch of noises and I got a flat tire the mechanic told me whoever sold me this car made incorrect and even dangerous repairs to avoid paying any money. I had to invest an additional $4,000 into the truck. these dealers put me into a dangerous car with no warning. I am shocked that a dealer is legally allowed to put people on the road in vehicles that are in such a dangerous condition. since they sell all vehicles as is, there is nothing you can do about the repairs needed to be made. They "___ rigged" the vehicle so that it would operate past the confines of the lemon law and then the vehicle started to fall apart. I regret ever trusting this dealer and the only thing I can do now is warn people to not risk their safety and waste their money on a vehicle from this dealer; especially if you are buying for your children. YOU ARE PUTTING THEIR SAFETY AT RISK! if you must shop here to save money, which I do not condone, bring a mechanic with you to check the vehicle. they try to hide a lot of "shortcuts" they take so be very careful.
