Don't buy their aftermarket warranty, it's junk. They didn't fix all the problems before the sale, now warranty wont cover it. Make sure the paperwork is correct also, some of the numbers don't matc They didn't fix all the problems before the sale, now warranty wont cover it. Make sure the paperwork is correct also, some of the numbers don't match up, mileage, cost, erc. They "include" a theft deterrent, but they don't tell you that they pass along the $400 cost to you without telling you! Scammers!!! More
I realize car salesmen stretch the truth often but the financing at this place is a downright joke!!! Our salesman Nick was very helpful and in my opinion did a good job getting us into a car that we love financing at this place is a downright joke!!! Our salesman Nick was very helpful and in my opinion did a good job getting us into a car that we loved! Once it left his hands and went into the financing dept. with Dave our experience turned drastically!!! We were there on on 3/4 in the evening and spent 2 hours waiting for our "contract"to be drawn up.We had to leave before seeing it and was assured it would be ready to sign when we returned the next day and could pick up our vehicle. The next day after waiting a half hour to be taken into the office to go over our contract we noticed the vehicles price went from 9500.00 to 13,000.00!!! When we questioned him he said "well if you scroll down the page (it was an internet price) it says right here that is with 2000.00down.We went over the price the day before and that was never mentioned. Our trade-in also went from 1500.00 to 1000.00.Also additional rediculios fees...400.00 for auto theft protection???what???!!! I have never had the experience before of someone completely lying to me to my face and knowing the whole time he was trying to screw me over!! I would not send my worst enemy to this place and hope that someday it all catches up with the employees and owner of this horrible business!!!!!! More
I just bought a car here earlier this year. I will not go into detail about the purchasing of the car because it seems that many other reviews have that area covered. Within two weeks of having the car, I st into detail about the purchasing of the car because it seems that many other reviews have that area covered. Within two weeks of having the car, I still had not received the title and registration information that they claimed I would receive in the mail within a few days. Also, the engine is ticking when accelerating. I called the service shop and spoke with Steve and he was not very helpful. I stated that I live about 4-5 hours from the shop and he just said to take it somewhere near here to get it checked out. You would think that with a car with a warranty from the dealership, they would be helpful and offering to fix this problem for you. Between this and the paperwork (and lack thereof), I am not happy with CCC. More
I called about a vehicle that i wanted to see the day prior. Brian set it up for the next day. He actually called an hour before I arrived to confirm my test drive. when I arrived there Brian gave me to prior. Brian set it up for the next day. He actually called an hour before I arrived to confirm my test drive. when I arrived there Brian gave me to someone else. Took my license, said he needed plate for test drive. we vwalked out to test drive and as we are walking out he says the car has been sold. fraud...fraud...fraud. I drove a combined 80 miles back and forth to see this vehicle. The old bait and switch. The reviews are right, this place is shady. They gave me the old..it was just sold, the old oh the day before, or today.STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE..SHADY. More
I bought my 05 Nissan there. It took almost a week to get the car l. Then screwed up the paperwork. And I had to send the vehicle in twice for a fuel sending unit and to fix the fan. They never fixed it just the car l. Then screwed up the paperwork. And I had to send the vehicle in twice for a fuel sending unit and to fix the fan. They never fixed it just told me they did. Here is my first impression of the dealership. My son purchased his first car on his own and they took advantage of a first time car buyer. The charged him almost $400 dollars for etching and said we got purchased his first car on his own and they took advantage of a first time car buyer. The charged him almost $400 dollars for etching and said we got lucky because they forgot to charge us the $75 fuel surcharge. They claim they etch all their cars including the ones the employees purchase for themselves. They tell you how great this is and how much money it saves on insurance. If it is that great why don't they advertise it as being on all their cars. So lets start with the vin etching. They said the etched the body panels. I have not seen them yet but I will be looking for them. Even if they are etched into the body panels the kits are only $25 and take just minutes to apply even at $75 dollars an hour this would be 5 hours of labor and $25 dollars in material. Now the $75 dollar fuel surcharge, the car has an 18 gallon fuel tank and at the current price of the station nearby of 3.69 per gallon that is still only 66.42 if they had filled it. They did not fill it, infact they gave him the car half full so 33.21 worth of gas that they would have surcharged us $75 for there is another 41.79. Do they think we are all incapable of doing math. I have never purchased a car from a dealer that they didn't fill the tank and run it thru for one last wash until this one. Plus a fuel surcharge should not be for the full cost of the gas but just the exceptionally high prices we have had recently. As with all business dealing get a final price and watch the HIDDEN FEES. bought a jeep grand cherokee recently- asked them to adjust a door which wasn't hanging properly... it came back out of alignment worse than it was before, and had two new dents. i took it to a real bod adjust a door which wasn't hanging properly... it came back out of alignment worse than it was before, and had two new dents. i took it to a real body shop to get repaired, which i should have done instead of letting their hacks dent and chip paint. while i was waiting for the door to be adjusted, i watched a mechanic reefing on a pontiac grand am- kneeling on its fender, all his weight on the plastic air venting under the windshield.. noticed the hood of the car was on the roof without ANYTHING on the roof to protect it from scratching. the only positive: they mailed me my spare key they claimed they didn't have when i took delivery. First trip to the dealership was Sat. 6/2/2012 for a 1PM appointment which was made the previous day. I was assured the car would be ready to test drive. After waiting around the dealership forever, I final appointment which was made the previous day. I was assured the car would be ready to test drive. After waiting around the dealership forever, I finally test drove the car. When I returned I could not get anyone to sit down and talk to me so I left. I returned Monday 6/4/2012 and agreed to purchase. Was told I could pick it up the next day as the car hadn't been run through the shop yet. Unfortunately I couldn't and we agreed upon Wednesday 6/6. After getting there, another 2 hours passed because the car still wasn't ready for delivery. $75 charge on my invoice for gas, $175 for registration fees (which, NYS residents, you do NOT NEED TO PAY [consult your local DMV for these regulations])and I finally had my car. The dealership did not give me the proper paperwork for registration, did not issue a temporary registration so I drove it home with no stickers. The next day, after numerous attempts would never answer any phone calls from me or return any messages. I advise all to BEWARE and STAY AWAY!!! Do your homework, their prices draw you in but the customer service and public relations are horrendous! More
Buyers, beware! Make sure you know what you are financing before signing any papers. They are dishonest with the amount they give you for your trade in and tell you that they inflate the price of financing before signing any papers. They are dishonest with the amount they give you for your trade in and tell you that they inflate the price of the car as well as what they are giving you for your trade in to make it look like you are getting a better deal with the bank and make you think it is ok because that is what they do. They sold us the wrong car, changed the VIN during the signing of the papers and then changed the price by over $4000. When we realized it was the wrong car we took it back. They suggested we leave it there so that we would not add any additional miles to the vehicle so they could sell it. It took over a week to get it resolved. They would not cancel the transaction and would not tell us how much was being financed and just wanted us to come back and sign the papers. They still wanted us to pay over $3000 to "buy out" of the contract even though this was entirely their fault. When we finally settled on a car with the correct price, none of the work that they said they would do to have it ready was done. They just wanted to get us to sign the papers and leave. We did that and the day after while driving the car, the "check engine light" goes on. We find that the electronic lock for the drivers side door does not work which causes the alarm to go off when you open the door. Originally we thought the price for the vehicle we ended up with was good until now. How much is it going to cost us to have a vehicle that is working correctly. We are so disgusted with the way this was handled we will never recommend them to anyone and have begun to tell others to stay away. It is too bad this was such a nightmare. People need to know what they are up against with this place. More
