My experience here was a very good experience, every employee was extremely friendly and answered any question I had. Although the dealer fees were expensive its well worth it, just dont be surprised wh employee was extremely friendly and answered any question I had. Dealership could not give me straight answers over the phone. When I got there I was told the vehicle was "sold" but then it wasn't when I talked to a manager. The car was very beat up, scratches up and down both sides, dog hair all over the interior and cigarette burns in multiple places. At this point I wasn't too interested in the car but stayed around to see the final price. They started off by asking over three thousand more than the kbb dealer price. I simply left and I will never go back nor recommend them to anyone. Watch out for a $1000 worth of dealer fees. I just bought a brand new car so I know these fees aren't necessary. Also realize the prices they advertise online usually include a trade in. They offered me $500 for my car and I got $2500 for my car at another dealership. More

I spoke with jose over the phone. I have borderline credit. He was extremely polite and not judgmental. I faxed him my information and 3 days later I showed up up, took a test drive and the paperwork credit. He was extremely polite and not judgmental. am a 19 year old college student from Ransomville, NY. I work two part time jobs and as I stated also go to college, On August 3rd, I visited a car dealership, crazycheapcars, to purchase my first car. I put a down payment on it and got my auto loan for it on Tuesday August 6th, and was told that it was my car by the dealer. On august 7th, they sold the car to another customer and refused to reimburse me. So now I have no way to get to and from work and I have a signed sales agreement that I signed at the bank when I got my loan approved. I was told that the car was mine and had intentions on picking it up on August 10th. More

Worst dealership I have ever been to. We drove almost four hours to get there and we had to sit there for several more while they were "fixing" the radio. They said they had fixed it and gave us a paper to sign saying that they resolved the problem we get out to the car and its still not working. They said they would send a new one they took down the information. Weeks go by and we called several times and there was always excuses we even talked to the general manager. Its been two months and over 5 calls later. We received nothing they blatantly lied to us. I don't recommend to anyone. More
