BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!! SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICES!!!!! Salesman, Josh was excellent and very helpful. After deciding on a car the "so-called" Manager took over for financing and completion of paperwork. Manager did not show us any numbers or paperwork on final pricing or interest rates. When he began throwing imaginary numbers at us the payments did not add up to the loan we were asking for. We decided to wait and "sleep on it". Thankfully we did not sign anything because when we returned home and figured out the loan payments ourselves it was completely false and misrepresented!!!! We were quoted a payment of "about $225 - $235" and when we figured it out ourselves, the payment should have only been $137 for the same period of time and the interest rate he said it would be. When I called the next day to get the actual payment and loan figures the double talk continued! Mike quoted me a $205 payment and when I confronted him on the this, he changed his story and tried to say that we did not tell him what down payment we were making. This so called Manager is SHADY and did not call me back with the correct figures as requested. I would not purchase a car from this company if they offered it to me for free!!!! I believe that he thought since it was a woman making the purchase he could throw any numbers at us and we would sign without checking his calculations......... WRONG!! If you purchase a vehicle here MAKE SURE YOU SEE THE PAPERWORK AND THE PAYMENTS ADD UP TO WHAT YOU ARE BORROWING.. DO NOT TRUST MANAGEMENT OR FINANCING TO BE LEGIT!!!!!! More
the price was good sales person said the abs light and the pulling to right would be fixed when we picked up the car in(6) days after we paid in full for the car, we drove out and on came the abs ligt all the pulling to right would be fixed when we picked up the car in(6) days after we paid in full for the car, we drove out and on came the abs ligt all they did was turn it off, and not fix what was wrong, so now we have to drive 100 miles back to have them fix it this should all been done when we picked up the car, they had 6 days to fix this and they did not , they like to sell , but their service sucksld not recomend this dealer to any one Dennis Gould More
Absolutely terrible experience.....crooks, xxxx and thieves...stay away.... Went to the dealership last Friday to look at a car. We took it for test drive and brought it back to the dealer. Salesman says we need to talk to someone else (?) to finish the deal. This "manager" came over and proceeded to add unwanted items to the car bringing this $4900 car to $6600 out-the-door. We were told the starting price was non-negotiable being the "lowest in the area". But then the adders....glass etching (theft deterrence), rustproofing and $90 gasoline charge that (he says) would allow "at least 1/2 to 3/4 tank upon delivery" (!)....amongst other charges, that we had to fight to get rid of. Are you kidding me?....the gasoline charge alone would make for $9/gallon for this car's small tank !! A Hellish experience. FINALLY....got most-all of these "extra" things removed ! Gave him a debit card deposit to "hold" the car...saying we'll be back early next week (hopefully Monday) with the remaining cash from our bank. He had NO PROBLEM with that (verbally). Then this.....Got a call the following Monday morning from another manager there... just as I was prepared to go and get the car. He is saying the car was sold to someone else on Saturday over the weekend after we bought the car on Friday !!. No mention of "I'm sorry".....or "it was a mistake"...nothing....EXCEPT...he repeated over-and-over that if I don't finish the deal within 48 hours, the deal is off and the car is free to be resold....I should have known that because ( he says ) I was warned about that...and that it was on my deposit receipt. I argued to say that on the Friday we bought the car....we said that we said we'd be back Monday with the rest of the cash, and they had no problem with that, at that time. Now...he's repeating what he said...telling me that I should have read the 48 hr rule that was written on my deposit receipt..... and that I was TOLD about the 48 hr rule too on Friday ( I was NEVER told about it). Basically "too bad". Regardless.... they sold it within 24 hours of the sale anyway !!,..... let alone 48 hours !!! Breaking their own rules !!! I'm sure they obviously got a sucker buyer on Saturday to pay for all the "extras"..and purposely voided our deal because of that. Still fighting to get my deposit back.....even though EVERY DAY since Monday,....they say they processed a refund on my card. Thank God the card-bank people can make good......the car dealer did not make good and KEPT THE DEPOSIT..... RUN...DON'T WALK...away from these bunch of crooks, thieves and liars., More

We picked up the car get a block down the road it pulls rignt and abs light is on .To make a long sorty short 4 trip back into service and 200 miles , service may have it fix ( maybe) we will see!!! also sales did not give use any paper work only a recet for our check and by law they have to give other paper work, I had to call and ask for it and go pick it up !!!! Drove 2 hrs to get to the dealer. Appointment was at 10, was financed by 1230, they wanted my down payment and to transfer my insurance before I even saw the numbers from the bank, the didn't even come clos was financed by 1230, they wanted my down payment and to transfer my insurance before I even saw the numbers from the bank, the didn't even come close to kbb for my trade in, it was $5000 lower, I still signed the papers, at this point they decide to pull the vehicle I'm buying into the garage, I see it get pulled in and the test drive it then pull it back in, 4 hrs later they tell me it needs a ball joint and it won't be ready until the next day, they are graciousness enough to give me a 8 passenger company van to drive the 2 hrs home, this van was junk and stank off cigarette smoke. I had to call 5 times the next day to see when I could pick up my new vehicle, finally I was assured I would be able to get it at 245, at 345 the vehicle was ready and had a new dent in the tailgate, I spent 8 hrs in a vehicle and 7 hrs sitting at a table in there office and spent $21000, I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Our experience there was a 5 star, we received an accommodating welcome and when it came to expecting the best price we were able to afford Car's ! The salesman gave us an option for the down payment that we were able to agree to , that was within our budget, he did what it took for us to be a totally satisfied customer! The business personnell was friendly, and Phil stayed open for us so we could make our trip from Delaware on time to drive our car home!!!!! The way we were treated was like we were family. There was not a problem that they were not professional about, they handled everything in a timely and efficient manner. When ever we would call our question's or concern's were handled by discussing them with the utmost kindness and respect like no other dealership we have ever dealt with. We were always excited to hear everything was going well awaiting our new purchase! Basically I experienced the same issues as most on here. Nick was my salesperson and he was very helpful and nice. Once it was out of Nick's hand and into the Financing portion it went down hill. The Finance Manager was some red heated weasel looking guy with glasses. Right from the beginning I knew he was trying to rip me off. So what they do is have you sit there for hours listening to that awful country music station torturing you while they stall and BS so when it comes time to sign the paperwork you just want to get it done and over with ASAP. Big mistake. Look over the financing contract very closely. The sale price on the vehicle I was going to purchase was a little less than $17K the amount they had me financing was over $21K. Finance Manager old me they would give me $4k-$4,500 for my trade in. On the contract they had my trade in as $2K. Now keep in mind when I was in the Finance Manager's office right off the bat he tried selling me their extended warranty. The vehicle I was going to purchase had 38K miles so in my opinion no need for a 3yr/36K mile extended warranty on a 2 yr old vehicle. The Finance Manager would not show me the financing contract until I had to flat out tell him I wanted to look over the break down of amount financed before I go any further. Finally he showed me the contract and the monthly payment was $100 more than I calculated. He went on and on about the internet pricing is not the actual price this and that. Well before he started the financing paperwork he claimed the $4K for my trade was fair even though my trade in was valued $5k-6K. He claimed that their prices are wholesale and much lower than regular dealerships so I was willing to take a little less for my trade considering the $17K internet price on the Equinox I was looking to purchase was a great price. Well their prices aren't lower than normal dealerships because they lure you in with those phony internet prices and don't mention the fine print BS and tack on 3K on your total amount to financed. I walked out and did not sign anything. Wasted almost 5 hrs of my time that day. I live 50 miles away from that place. Never again will I waste my time with Crazy Crooks Selling cars.com Bottom line IS DO NOT be fooled by their low internet prices. I should have known it was a scam. The Financing people there are complete crooks. If you do purchase a vehicle from there you better look over the break down of prices very closely because they will rip you off in a second. How this place is still in business is beyond me. More
