Very concerning When I left after getting my tires rotated I noticed a weird nose. I had to turn around to take it back in where they determined that one of the tires was not put back on correctly. Scary! If I had gotten on the highway instead of coming back to the dealership, who knows what could have happened... I won't be back, nor will I ever buy a car from your dealership. And you can be sure I will pass along my experience to every one I know. Sloppy work without a safety process to catch this kind of mistake before returning a car to a customer can get someone killed. More
A service department that is more like my friend's shop It's not too often that I brag on a dealer, much less their service department, but I'm going to the trouble to now. Nothing like the Toyota dealership, that mechanics come from the back and get cash from customers, waiting in their car. Stating: I am going g to do it on my break so you have to pay cash now. I will not miss my Toyota because I have a great vehicle in the 2019 Jetta SEL Premium. Love this car and dealership! More
Service time excessively exceeds time told. We have had our car serviced at Crain four times, and each time the service time was exceeded by a hour or more from what we were told it would take. We have had our car serviced at Crain four times, and each time the service time was exceeded by a hour or more from what we were told it would take. One time when my wife had the car there and kept checking back after several hours from time she was told, the service manager failed to call her or get her in the waiting area when the car service was complete. The cashier is very rude and not friendly at all. More
TDI 2011 Jetta The only complaint I have was how long it took for the work to be done. Which I realize is uncontrollable. As of today 11/17/18 my check engine light came back on, and is doing the same thing. When I can, I will be having the car back in for the same issues. More
