Don’t get an air filter and beware of their charges for the Service was fast and the gentleman that assisted was nice and professional. What will make me give up using them for service is - I was charged aroun Service was fast and the gentleman that assisted was nice and professional. What will make me give up using them for service is - I was charged around $9 for my oil change which was done under the plan. I was also charged 27 to put in an air filter that only cost 24. That is ridiculous- 27 to put in an air filter?!?!? I get better service at OReillys where they come out and help for free! Oh and I bought a new tire and the pressure warning on that new tire went off just as I was getting on the interstate. Very disappointed. Not sure I would come back and purchase next vehicle here. More

Crain VW service has always been outstanding! I have been working with Crain VW for over 10 years. They have always been way above everyone else, there have been very minor issues in the past and I have been working with Crain VW for over 10 years. Outstanding buying experience with professional staff My 2006 VW Jetta needed extensive repairs and since I prefer VWs, I really did not look any further. Once when my car was in service, Crain had sent My 2006 VW Jetta needed extensive repairs and since I prefer VWs, I really did not look any further. Once when my car was in service, Crain had sent me home with a Passat as a loaner. I saw the new 2017 Passat online and once I drove it, really liked it. Kenny Ford was great as a salesman to deal with. He was easy to talk to and answered all of my questions, gave me plenty of time to drive as many vehicles as I wanted. He was very kind and patient. He also has called me several times since my purchase to follow up and answer any concerns I may have. I feel I am in good hands with Crain and highly recommend them from the service center, to sales and finance. More

Greetings to VW partners. We are the proud owners of a 2018 I was concerned about the right front tire which had been gouged on a curb. I didn’t have an appointment so I called that morning. The waiting room was especially nice. Kenny helped me feel at home. The service was totally fine.
