Nice people but car came back with engine light on I went in for an inspection and to fix an issue with a squeaking noise. After spending $900 and being told everything was in tip top shape my cars eng I went in for an inspection and to fix an issue with a squeaking noise. After spending $900 and being told everything was in tip top shape my cars engine and wrench light came on within 4 hours of leaving the dealership. They called to check in about how the service went and I told them the issue. He said he would contact the tech and call me back but haven't received a call yet. More

All the employees were phenomenal and treated me well. I had a recall on my 2013 VW Passat, so I called the dealership and they immediately were able to schedule me in. They contacted me throughout the process to let me know how long it was going to be. Once I got there they were extremely nice and I was very satisfied! They even vacuumed my car and offered to wash it, but I didn’t have time. Highly recommend More

Joe, Crain’s Sales manager on 12/22, did a great job in delivering a good service experience, from having a loaner car (and required paperwork) ready for me upon arrival to maintaining me up to date on progress throughout the day. I believe Crain has an important opportunity to focus and improve the consistency in its service experience. More

Excellent service experience I called in a panic on Thursday morning because a light on the instrument panel of our son’s Jetta indicated a problem that needed immediate attention I called in a panic on Thursday morning because a light on the instrument panel of our son’s Jetta indicated a problem that needed immediate attention. This wouldn’t have been a huge issue were it not for the fact that he was scheduled to leave early Friday morning for a new job located >300 miles away, and his car was his way there. When I called and explained the situation to Joe in the Service Dept., he told me that despite the fact that they had a full schedule, he would work it in if I could drop it off and leave it with him. Because of his willingness to help when we were in a bind, my son was able to be on the road with a safe vehicle just as originally planned. Thanks, Crain, and thanks, Joe! More
