First they ordered the wrong axle part for our 2022 Cross Sport, also told me that the front drivers tire had a unfixable nail in the sidewall. I ordered a new tire from a different company here locally. Went to get the tired fixed locally, they showed me the small nail on top of the tire, it wasn’t on the sidewall. They informed me that the tire was fine. They were nice enough to tell me that I didn’t need the new tire, otherwise it would have cost me $350. Finally Crain VW called me back and had the right part in. After 4hrs total driving back and forth, we had the new axle in. More

Took my 2017 Volkswagen Golf in for a repair to the coolant system on October 12th. It is now December 31st and they still have not completed service. Mack at the service counter seems to drop the ball coolant system on October 12th. It is now December 31st and they still have not completed service. Mack at the service counter seems to drop the ball time after time in getting the vehicle serviced and completed, as well as communicating what is going on. Andrew the service manager informed me via phone he would be calling me himself to ensure I had updates everyday between 1pm and 2pm, whether there was an update or not. That was December 23rd. I have yet to hear from him since. The only way I can find out any information is to go up there and then I get treated like I'm putting them out. Crain VW service seems to have no idea of what customer service is nor do they care. I will be taking all 3 of my VW vehicles to the new dealership in Rogers from now on. This is absolutely ridiculous. More

Horrible service! 6 weeks to get my car in. I was told to take it to another state to see if I can get it in sooner. They had my car for 2 days before they even looked 6 weeks to get my car in. They had my car for 2 days before they even looked at it what’s the point of having an appointment if they’re not going to look at my car that day? The techs that work there don’t know how to promptly diagnose a car. The service writers just complain about how they don’t have any techs and they can’t hire anyone. Just completely unprofessional.
