Twice in a row during my 10k and 20k service they said they rotated my tires but did not. Service desk employees were nice but I don’t trust that the techs did the work outlined in their report More

Bob, I am sorry that we did not take better care of you. If there is any doubt about the tire rotation we are happy to check your tires and rotate them at your convenience. It is my understanding that if the tires on the front of the vehicle have the most tread the we normally do not rotate the tires. If that was the case someone should have communicated that to you, again I apologize for the lack of communication. We thank you for and appreciate your business.
