Everyone was extremely nice and helpful. They answered all my questions. While working on my car they offered to take me where I needed to go and come back to get me when it was finished. A They answered all my questions. While working on my car they offered to take me where I needed to go and come back to get me when it was finished. Also at lunchtime (because I stayed there) they offered to give me a ride to get some food. They also kept me updated on how everything was going. The lobby had plenty of comfortable seats. More
Nice team. The response to take care of a recall fix was quick after having to wait for over a year. And, they really like my 2013 R1! The response to take care of a recall fix was quick after having to wait for over a year. And, they really like my 2013 R1! More

Install of a new sensor (about 15 to 30 minute job following a ‘real time’ video install of crankshaft position sensor. (Between $20 and $60 online for the part. They charged $168 parts and $450 for labor quoted at 3 hours. ) literally 2 screws and clip to install. Then the computers recalibration. Ok I’ll give them an hour max. Then the rest of the time to install new brakes and rotors on the rear of my daughters beetle. $605 for parts and labor. (Labor quoted at 2 hours) TOTAL OF $750 for labor! Another $700+ for parts and a nearly $100 environmental charge - the “add a tag” of service departments. $1,452 later and Person @ desk said “ well, we quote by the job”.Well the entire job was finished in UNDER 3 hours, between drop off and pick up. I’ve waited longer For an oil change in the past. Anyhow, no issues with the quality of the work. Just the type of cream I need to apply after paying for an extra 2.5 - 3 hours of labor. At $150/hour, I feel abused. More
