As I mentioned, Andrew Luper refused to talk to me when I was there. The part that was still unable to be located was on the original service agreement last November 2021. Your dealership spent thousands of dollars on my 80 year old mother's car and never mentioned during two other service calls for the same issue that you were unable to locate that part. Lucky for us, University Auto was able to repair it. I only spend time responding because another person was having the experience I was ehrn i was trying to talk to Andrew and I don't want another person to go thru this. You need to audit your service department ASAP!

Mr. Feezell, Our dealership pricing is competitive with other dealerships in the area. Yes, if you choose to have service at a Wal-Mart, or independent service center, chances are they will be cheaper. We use VW authorized filters and recommended oil blends. In regards to your cabin filter, yes you were presented with your cabin filter. Our records indicate that we recommended a cabin filter change over a year ago that you also declined. The wiper recommendation was also based on the more than a year since your last service. Please keep in mind, we will always recommend parts and service that will keep your vehicle in top condition. These are recommendations only, you will always have the option to complete the service, have the service done at another location or as in your case decline the service. We feel that as a certified VW dealership, we owe it to our customers to advise them of their service needs.
