This is my third visit to try and fix an issue that can caused by neglecting an error code that indicated the engine temperature sensor was errored. The mechanic admitted he read it and didn’t do anything caused by neglecting an error code that indicated the engine temperature sensor was errored. The mechanic admitted he read it and didn’t do anything about it. So I schedule a second visit to fix this issue that should have been corrected in the first place after I pay 600 dollars for a battery replacement. Well the moment I pull in I’m called and told they didn’t have a mainline technician available to work on my car. A pretty big oversight to make after I drive an hour to get to the service center. A complete waste that could have been avoided by just having customer service….with that said, I expect to get rid of my VW just so I don’t have to go through this service center. More
