I’ve had to take my Atlas back three times to the dealership since buying it. The first time they forgot to give us the lug nut key when we bought it. The second time I was due for an oil change base dealership since buying it. The first time they forgot to give us the lug nut key when we bought it. The second time I was due for an oil change based on the alert however when I took it there they said they forgot to reset the mileage when we bought it so I had to make another trip as they weren’t going to pay for my oil change at 7,500 miles. And then when I took my car at 9k miles to get the oil change and brakes inspected and tires rotated they forgot to reset the tire pressure sensor so we had to make another trip back. I don’t live close to the dealership so each time I do this I have to make a trip out of my way. The people are nice however too many things have been “forgotten” and which is why I give the dealership 3 stars More

I worry every time I get my vehicle back, what did they miss telling me this time? What did they see but not tell me about this time? For example- I get my ambient temperature sensor changed, everything is miss telling me this time? What did they see but not tell me about this time? For example- I get my ambient temperature sensor changed, everything is fine… then my car completely breaks down on the side of the road 145.8 miles away. I tow it into them and lo and behold this was all a related issue, there was a recall or something advising an issue with the coolant leaking into the electrical and making the car undrivable. A telltale sign of this issue was the ambient sensor having issues too. It’s just not worth it anymore. I have no trust in them. More
