Lack of communication I initiated every call. Marcus called when my car was ready 5 days later. Matt said he would touch base Friday or Saturday. Never heard a peep. I had 6 recalls. They insisted on 1. I dropped my car off on Tuesday and picked it up on Wednesday. In their defense, my appt was not until Friday but I was still promised a "touch base" call at some point. Very disappointing. In the last month I have been to this dealership multiple times and have been treated with very little care. I brought my car in for some problems I In the last month I have been to this dealership multiple times and have been treated with very little care. I brought my car in for some problems I was having and dealt with no communication and little urgency for the situation. That is the least of my concerns though. I had a full inspection done on my vehicle and outside of the problem I brought my vehicle in for I was given a clean report on the car. I didn’t feel as thought this was accurate due to the inaccuracies in the report and requested a second inspection and received the same result. Thinking I must just be crazy with thinking there were things that needed upkeep I moved along. Fast forward a few weeks I bring my car in for an oil change (it was free of charge due to the problems I had had- which is the only reason I returned to this location). I am told that I need all new tires- there was a hole in one (I had them check the tires multiple times previously because I had a leak and was told “it’s the cold”), told that my break fluid was way overdue to be flushed, and that my cabin filter needed to be changed ASAP. I realized that either the team did not complete the initial or second inspection I had OR they did the second inspection and chose not to report to me so they would not have to acknowledge their lack of inspection and fault. That is completely negligent and infuriating. I was leaving for a road trip later in the week and was presented with having to have work done before I could confidently drive my car. Volkswagen is meant to be a reputable dealership and I found this location to be the opposite. More
