Just horrible.... I went in for a initial rattling of my dashboard, to have my tires rotated and oil changed. I pick up my car, the whole car begins to shake. Stopped I went in for a initial rattling of my dashboard, to have my tires rotated and oil changed. I pick up my car, the whole car begins to shake. Stopped at another dealership along my way home because I was too scared to turn back and drive all the way back to the dealership. Turns out, all of my lugnuts on my tires were very very loose and we’re beginnig to come off the wheels. They didn’t tighten them up to standard. Which would have resulted in my wheels falling, it was only a matter of time.... that means an accident, with just myself or injuring someone else.... Both dealerships I went to confirmed this. After calling the dealership and telling them what had happened, they did nothing to really make right. In fact, the first individual who is the service manager, I talked to didn’t even apologize and blamed it on the service tech, rather than take responsibility for what his employees did. It wasn’t until almost a month later when the customer care relationship guy called did he apologize perfusely. I’ll never go back. Nor would I recommend it. More

Terrible 1 day and 75 miles after a scheduled oil change, the oil level light came on. I was an hour out of town and not near a VW service center. I pulled i 1 day and 75 miles after a scheduled oil change, the oil level light came on. I was an hour out of town and not near a VW service center. I pulled into the first car repair shop I could find, lifted the car and oil was everywhere on the undercarriage. We traced the leak to the oil filter housing cap and upon removal found that the cap was put on WITHOUT the O ring! Seriously...they did an oil change and forgot to put an O ring back on the cap. I lost 3 quarts of oil in 75 miles. It took 3 hours to find VW TDI spec grade oil, get to the place to purchase it, get back to the shop, replace the filter (WITH the O ring), clean the oil off the car, refill the oil and get back on the road. By that time we were not going to be able to get to our destination in time, so we turned around and went back home. This was an amateur mistake by VW certified mechanic. Although the Volkswagen Service Manager is going to reimburse the $200.00 + bill for the repair, I still missed out on a long planned out of town commitment. Not a very good experience! More
