Bumpy Start - Looking Better (: My father was looking for a used vehicle in good condition with cargo space; he was replacing the one that was totaled because a lady sped through an My father was looking for a used vehicle in good condition with cargo space; he was replacing the one that was totaled because a lady sped through an intersection and hit me. Coy had already given me the key when I walked in and said he would be giving us another one that was just like it (called it a Mercedes key, it's a key fob but also goes into the ignition). As he gets the other key out of the folder and we are walking to the car, he realizes the other key is an actual key and tells me it is for the door only and not an actual spare (issue 1). I get in the car to check everything out and notice the gas tank wasn't filled up (just above a quarter of a tank) and there's a warning light on the dash (issue 2). I asked Coy what the light is about and he answers that it's the tire pressure sensor, but that it was no big deal and the right front tire just needed some air. That showed me that they were aware of the problem enough to know which tire it was. Then, we move on to the screen display in the vehicle; Coy asks if I'd like help figuring out the navigation. I agreed, but after a couple minutes of pressing buttons he admits he thought it had navigation but in fact does not. So, it starts off with several issues to deal with that had not been disclosed. I was to receive a call the next day about the spare key because he said he would have to speak with D.R. about getting one since it wasn't figured into the price of the vehicle (when he himself did not know it wasn't the same key until papers were being signed). I never received that phone call from him, but figured out on my own that the actual key did in fact work just as the "Mercedes key" does in the ignition and never had to be the issue it had become. This is when because of my initial review, Jeff called my father asking what was wrong. He told Jeff we had figured out the spare key situation on our own, but that the tire was an issue. He said if we continued having problems with it to bring it up to service. Each time I would air up the one tire, the sensor would go off but only for a couple of days and I would have to air it up again. I called Jeff, then I was told to call service to see if an appointment needed to be made before I brought it up. After a week and a half of airing the tire up, I took time out of my work day and my gas to get it there only to be told nothing was wrong, they couldn't find anything. I found and spoke with Jeff about what I was told at service. Knowing the tire had a default of some kind, my father called and spoke with Jeff a few hours later. At this time, he offers a solution of us calling to get an appt and taking it to another location and they will take care of the cost. Although, we are now at the point to getting that issue solved, it has been me and my father making all the phone calls, setting up all the appointments, and using my time and gas for something that was a problem at the time of sale that was not disclosed. We are relieved they are taking care of the tire and grateful for that, it has just been a bumpy start. After I pick the car up today, I hope the tire is fixed and we can go on down the road enjoying the nice vehicle they did sell. We love the SUV and do appreciate the work and efforts of everyone involved!! More

I don't however feel the ones who appraised my vehicle gave me really what it was worth it was fully loaded with sun roof and moon roof. It had brand new tires and in great condition. I'm the type person that has purchased Fords for the last 20 years..... Well I now own a Hyundai! My other kids was shocked! Ricky Nolan was so down to earth, a true Southern Gentleman, and the entire staff really went out of their way to make it the easiest purchase we have ever had.... Oh yes, our son found the perfect car too! More

Vehicle Trade I came in to get my Kia Soul checked and decided to talk to a sales person about trading. I met with Nigel and he checked to make sure I didn't alread I came in to get my Kia Soul checked and decided to talk to a sales person about trading. I met with Nigel and he checked to make sure I didn't already have a sales person I needed to talk to (which I thought was respectful) My original sales person was no longer there so he proceeded to help us out on what we needed. Things worked out for us to trade up to a Kia Sportage and we took care of all the details and came back the next day and got it. Nigel also followed up with us and made sure all was good.
