this place is a joke. had an issue with my clear coat on a brand new telluride and they say its not covered under warranty due to it being from impact. there's a tiny scr had an issue with my clear coat on a brand new telluride and they say its not covered under warranty due to it being from impact. there's a tiny scratch from a rock or bug hitting it but because it happens to be where the clear coat is peeling they wont warranty it. the clear coat blew off while i was washing the car. took it to a body shop and they told me the clear coat looks wrong and shouldn't flake like it is. its either poor product or poor application. i've purchased 5 vehicles from crain and 3 of those were brand new vehicles from crain kia in the past 2 years. they don't give a xxxx about your loyalty or even try to talk to you about it. as soon as you try to fight it they just pass you off till you give up. not one manager reached out. they'll get your money and then they don't care. xxxx i even serviced the vehicles here. it takes 4 hours to get an oil change. run away and take your loyalty elsewhere because they won't reciprocate it. The absolute worst, weakest dealer I've ever encountered in my life! Their management staff has no business selling cars! I have a fully approved deal with the bank that these xxxxxxx won't sell! Absolutely never coming here again! I was sold the car with faulty tire pressure sensors and WAS NEVER TOLD xxxx until I drove off the lot not even about 10 minutes away! I bought the car because I was mo with faulty tire pressure sensors and WAS NEVER TOLD xxxx until I drove off the lot not even about 10 minutes away! I bought the car because I was moving to Kansas I needed a brand new car. All They did was reset the battery to make the tire light go off to make it look like everything was working and the next thing you know I see the tire pressure sensor pop up on my dash. I was able to get a plan for free oil changes for 72 months and they sent me tickets that had the warranty number on them so I can give to my dealer every time I went. Low and behold it was a pain in the xxx to get these tickets, as soon as I got to my new dealer in Kansas they said that my warranty was expired after I just bought it not even a month ago! I contacted this dealership about the issue and was able to get a new plan number but now I look like an idiot walking into my dealership with a sticky note with my new number on it. When I also get to my dealer they tell me that all for my sensors are not working! I’ve had so many problems with this place! I have requested numerous times for new booklets and they have not once been sent in the past year and a half. Will never ever be buying from his place again and I do not trust the dealers whatsoever. More
