After trying the Kia dealership closest to me and being unhappy with the dealership I did some shopping of other dealerships in the area and found a car I was interested in Fort Smith. After the test drive the deal was made just like I was quoted on the phone the first time I called. No shady dealing just plain honesty with Coy. When it came time to talk with Charles about financing things were not stressful and all questions were answered. Breeden Kia is the best experience I have ever had buying a new car. In less than 2 and 1/2 hrs. I test drove 3 cars and drove off in one. The people were so kind and helpful. The service was excellent. The waiting area was very comfortable and the employees were very considerate. We had a slight oil leak. The mechanic brought my husband back to show him the reason and the c comfortable and the employees were very considerate. We had a slight oil leak. The mechanic brought my husband back to show him the reason and the correction needed. (A very minor plug needed a new gasket). The service was completed within 25 minutes and the price was very competitive with what we have paid at the big box oil service department. We will certainly take our Kia back to Breeden Kia for future service. More
