Coy has completely changed my mind about car salesmen all together. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and really worked hard to get us into a great car. I've worked in the offices of three car dealerships, and one mobile home dealership in my long life so I have a lot more experience with financing than most people and I knew going in I had weak credit. I didn't have bad credit but I hadn't had a loan in eight years so there wasn't much for lenders to go on. They judge you based on what your activity looks like, and I had none that would show up on the credit reports. My own bank turned me down. First the fun part... a lot of people don't know this, but when you buy a big ticket item like a car, they're supposed to treat you like royalty from the time you arrive until you leave the premises.... any more only about half of them even try and Chris Kopp succeeds. He is an excellent listener. He asks the right questions to get clear on what you want, then he shows you the cars that meet your needs. I cannot vouch for any other sales reps there, but my hand to God, I've known and worked with many sales reps and I trust Chris Kopp. Based on my experience - still, as wonderful a sales rep as Chris is, if your credit isn't picture perfect, the reason you go to Breeden Kia is their finance man, Charles Burton. He's either a genius or a magician, or he's both. Remember, I have just slightly better than bad credit... drum roll please.... I was expecting high compound interest on an over priced, high mileage car.... drumming.... and Charles got me... drumming speed increases..... 5.69% simple interest, and low payments on a good price, on my brand new 2012 Kia Forte! :) I was supposed to feel buyers remorse three days after the purchase. That's what we all tend to do. Only I didn't. It's been six days and I'm still amazed to watering eyes when I relive that deal... Oh. My. God. After a lifetime of watching deals get done.... the best financing deal I ever saw was MINE. (doing Snoopy's happy dance of joy joy!!) So.. I recommend that you get to Breeden Kia and you insist upon dealing only with Chris Kopp for your sales rep, and Charles whatever his last name is... oh that's right, Charles Burton - has got to be your finance man. If either of them is taking a day off, go back when they're both there. Tell them Lollie Dot Com sent you and she wants the sales manager to DECIDE ALREADY... and when he hears that the color will drain from his face and he will tell you why that scares the heck out of him. Then you will laaaaaugh!!! P.S. I changed my name to my website because it prevents suicides. :) More

After trying the Kia dealership closest to me and being unhappy with the dealership I did some shopping of other dealerships in the area and found a car I was interested in Fort Smith. I called Breeden to inquire about the price, monthly payments, and options on the car. I made another call to ask a few more questions and made an appointment to drive the car. After the test drive the deal was made just like I was quoted on the phone the first time I called. No shady dealing just plain honesty with Coy. When it came time to talk with Charles about financing things were not stressful and all questions were answered. Glad that I went to this dealership and skipped trying to do business with the first dealer (Frank Fletcher Kia) and went here. More
