He showed me what they had available and I immediately found what I was looking for.I purchased a Soul, black inside and out. Nigel explained everything about the care to me and all its features. He was very patient with me, as I asked a lot of questions. He took all the time I needed and handled all aspects of the sale very professionally. I was very impressed with him and his professionalism. He led me through all parts of the sale and introduced me to the men in the service department and anyone else that I may need to deal with in the future. I was given a good price on the Soul and it has all the features that I wanted and more. We were looking for a Kia Soul and couldn't find what we wanted at the price we wanted in our local area, so we decided to contact Breeden Kia. Nigel contact us and we were very impressed with the prices and selection available in that area, so we drove the extra miles to Ft. Smith and we are glad we did. Nigel was very informative and helpful and we ended up purchasing a model with more features because of the great price. Nigel took the time to explain all the features of the vehicle and how to use them and even hooked up our Bluetooth in our Sorento we had purchased from another dealer, which we just hadn't taken the time to do ourselves. We went inside to wrap up the paperwork and were introduced to Charles who was very courteous and helped us with financing that fit our budget. Both Nigel and Charles treated us like we were part of the "Breeden" family, and also told us about the wonderful service dept. which we may be driving the extra miles to take advantage of it also. We LOVE both our Kia vehicles and already have been telling our family and co workers of the great experience we got with Kia. More
