Just kept me well informed, always ready and willing to help with whatever I needed as far as information and bringing to me, on my computer, new and used cars that he thought would interest me. Not an easy person, but he stuck with me. I finally decided on the Kia Forte, It was the perfect car for me!, felt it as soon as I sat down in the drivers seat. Was so nervous because it had been awhile since I have gone through this, had forgotten how stressful it could be, the waiting was the worst, but Nigel made me feel confident and secure with my decision.So when time came to the paperwork I dealt with Charles, he was amazing also, talked to me about any and everything I could possibly need to know and left an open door policy for me to come back any time for anything as long as own this car and hopefully the next!! Totally exceeded my expectations! A couple of weeks ago, the engine locked up in my wife's car. It figures that I was just out of warranty and the VW delaerships were quoting my over $ A couple of weeks ago, the engine locked up in my wife's car. It figures that I was just out of warranty and the VW delaerships were quoting my over $7500 in repairs. We tried every angle and were going to be out at least $5000. We walked in to Breeden Kia with very low expectations, but were told that D.R. could help us. We honestly didn't even look at the cars on the lot. Just walked straight in and explained our issue and wanted to know if we could get any help. No need to waste any time looking. The guys at the dealership got right on my problem and came up with multiple solutions. I was pleased that I got very honest answers and genuine help from the staff. Needless to say, we picked the car up on Monday and could not be happier. Thank you and I highly recommend the staff at Breeden Kia! More
