Even though my van is still under warranty and I purchase $6400 in extended warranty (they never told me a price just that it's only a "couple extra dollars a month). What a rip off. I will never buy from Crain again and I will tell everyone never buy from them!! It's been a nightmare since the purchase. They take your money and send you on your way. Terrible communication on the set vice department side. Our 2023 Sorento blower motor went out at 40k miles. Vehicle has been in the shop going on 3 weeks. Very little communication. Rude unhelpful service department. Went for an issue with the window and all they did was try to sell me $1000 worth of tires for a car I just purchased for $30000. Returned as they instructed when window problem returned and no one was available to checkout the car. They wanted me to make another appointment for intermitted problem. My husband being a technician for Dodge tried to call and he was given the same rude unhelpful service. I will never refer anyone to the people! I am thinking of trading in this vehicle. I do not want to deal with Crain and staff again! More
Where should I start come monday February the 12th they will have had my car 6 weeks . After 4 weeks they finally put a transmission in it now mind you when we took it to them the issue was when you apply will have had my car 6 weeks . After 4 weeks they finally put a transmission in it now mind you when we took it to them the issue was when you apply the brakes it was making a popping sound. Week one of it being there they couldn’t hear the sound so I drove over and duplicated it for them waited 2 more weeks they were waiting to hear from tech line. Then before they heard back from tech line I called over to see if they had heard anything and they told me I could pick up my car because nothing was wrong with it. Then I called customer service and they got with them and sent testing to them and then I needed a transmission and now Transmission is in and still making the same sounds as when first taken but now we are being told that it’s just a characteristic of the car and we’re told to come pick the car up because I’m to demand and cussed them . Now keep in mind if they want to say I’m demanding then I’ll own that because I did say I expect a call back before 6 pm but I’ve not even used a cuss word to them let alone cussed them out. Communication there sucks and has been super frustrating this entire experience. All we had asked was for them to keep us updated and what was going on and they couldn’t do that but again I was demanding for saying I expect a call before their department closed. We will be picking the car up tomorrow with the same issues as taken there for and I will never do busy there ever and I do mean ever again . None of the staff expect the exception of Jamie in finance and Ricky as sales manager don’t care including the general manager that I’ve asked to call me two different times give a two rips . I wanted to do business locally but it looks like I will take my business elsewhere from now on . I really wish this situation could have been handled differently but it seems they really don’t care.
