I was looking at one car and we’ll I didn’t really like it and Hovey let me know we wouldn’t be able to do it because of some negative equity I was going to roll over but he didn’t make me feel like I was wasting his time instead he said we’ll let’s look at this white one we can work with punch in numbers and let’s see what we can do for you and it worked out I loved it I liked the seats better and it was a better outcome with numbers Hovey was great. Crain Kia Fayetteville and salesman Roddy specifically were consistent in their promise to find me my car. Six months and they didn’t forget me. I got the call Friday and bought the car the next day. This dealership is practicing in deceptive and deceitful sales tactics and should be avoided at all cost. Absolutely the WORST experience with a car dealer in my life. Price listed on line was marked up ove sales tactics and should be avoided at all cost. Absolutely the WORST experience with a car dealer in my life. Price listed on line was marked up over $9k when we arrived to purchase, despite having called twice to verify sales price. I will be filing a report with the BBB as well. When I voiced my displeasure at how my daughter was treated, lured in with a low ball price, and then told the “actual” price was over 28% higher than the advertised price, Kenny Kobe, the sales manager threateningly got in my face and asked me to step outside, as if he wanted to fight me. Please do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere. More
