I was here for just over 2.5 hours for an oil change, tire rotation and a recall I had no idea needed to be done. I have not received an email or anything by mail for this recall. So instead of may e an hour I was here for just over 2.5 hours. More

The worst service I’ve had Crain Kia’s employees are very unprofessional and no help when it comes to customers investments. Need new management. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone. I gave me the run around when I needed a service performed for a car I had purchased LESS than a month before. Finance manager RICH MOORE was extremely rude about the problem and gave me a hassle about getting me a rental to get to work while they repaired my vehicle , I will not be a customer anymore with them . luckily my warranty was still in effect because they did the bare minimum with poor customer service included . First Time to Wait I had to wait over an hour. I have always taken my car back to dealership for oil change and have never had to wait. I had an appointment but service I had to wait over an hour. I know things happen sometimes so I wasn’t upset. I left and came back. When I first bought my car, the dealership had delicious cookies. This time I couldn’t even find a bag of pretzels. More
Came in for a oil change and came out with a new car I enjoyed getting to work with Bennie! He is great! He always asked me what I needed and took good care of me while I was there! Forgot service, annoyed by salesman in waiting room. I redeemed my coupon in my overpriced service coupon booklet for a car wash and interior detail along with a voucher for the typical service bundle (o I redeemed my coupon in my overpriced service coupon booklet for a car wash and interior detail along with a voucher for the typical service bundle (oil, filter, + tire rotation). Waited two hours in their waiting room, which wasn't a bother. But during that time I received what appeared to be an automated text message asking me if I was interested in selling. It was confusing because typically automated messages don't have brutal spelling errors in them. Texting, "Stop" as instructed prompted a reply that I've been removed from further messages. But that didn't stop a salesman from waddling over to bother me, thirty minutes later, about selling my car and still try to sell me when I was just there for warranty service. I assume the message wasn't automated and that this was the guy that butchered the previous text message. Service finished, I leave, tired from the wait time. Halfway home it hits me: They didn't detail the interior at all. Not even vacuumed. So I'm out a voucher I can only imagine the value of. Thanks for that. And thanks for bothering me during the wait I guess. Not very classy. More
