Started an oil consumption test on my Kia Optima. Upon return for first 1000 mile checkup, they topped off the oil and said that they had forgotten to record the mileage when they originally changed the o return for first 1000 mile checkup, they topped off the oil and said that they had forgotten to record the mileage when they originally changed the oil. Upon my return for the 2nd 1000 mile checkup, they suddenly came up with a record of the original oil change, but no mileage for the first checkup. So now, they're saying I've gone over 2,000 miles between checkups. It's no big deal other than now, it's gonna take longer to get this test done. More

Friendly service and quite competent. But I wished the employees, especially those interacting with customers and worn masks. CDC still definitely these recommends for inside!!!! They "forgot" to pick up my car like they said they would, and when I called about it, they gave me several excuses why it didn't happen. They did come get it the next day, but I had left a note on some other things I needed and they completely ignored it. On the service paper work, they said they vacuumed the front (they didn't) and also ran it through the car wash (they didn't). I am not 100% sure they even changed the oil, but since I bought it here they are responsible for the “100 year, 100k mile" warranty they offer, so either way they will pay for it. More
