First time having my vehicle serviced at Crain Kia! EXCELLENT service! I honestly expected to be at the dealership for a couple of hours. When my service advisor, Delilah came to me in the waiting a EXCELLENT service! I honestly expected to be at the dealership for a couple of hours. When my service advisor, Delilah came to me in the waiting area after 20 minutes and said they had completed the inspection and were finishing up, I was in complete shock! FASTest service I have had at any dealership! A simple oil change and tire rotation yes, but I the vehicles were lined up, so I didn't expect to be in and out so fast! Delilah did an amazing job explaining the services done, and getting me in and out in no time! She was super friendly from the moment I walked in and worked to get me in and out! More
