I was initially told by the salesman who sold me the truck that the repair i requested as part of the purchase would take no more than 2 days. I was then told the day I dropped off my truck that I would truck that the repair i requested as part of the purchase would take no more than 2 days. I was then told the day I dropped off my truck that I would receive a phone call that afternoon with an update of when the service would possibly be completed. I never received the call. When I called the next day to inquire an estimate on when it would be ready for pick up I was told that she needed to speak to the technician and would give me a call back. That same afternoon with 1 hour until they close I called to check on the update because I never received a call from them. I was then told by the same person that the technician left for the day without giving her an update, but she would call me with the information I was requesting first thing the next morning after she arrives to work at 8am. After receiving no phone call, I called back around 11 and was told again that she was waiting on word from the technician. "I will call you with an update." Again, no call came. I called back at 4pm due to missing the technician the day before. I was then told again she was waiting to hear from the technician "as she told me earlier" I called the following day and spoke to someone else who was very helpful and told me that the truck would be ready on Tuesday. 6 days after dropping it off. They failed to tell me when I picked up the truck that the gas cap they replaced locks, or where they had placed the keys. (Not on the keyring with the truck keys) needless to say as far as a service department I have little to no issues.. they fixed my truck. As far as customer service, they need vast improvement. I would recommend buying a vehicle from them, but I wouldn't recommend having them service it. Wasn't impressed. More

My wife's car threw a code for the high fuel pump rail system and this code was verified by Delta Transmission from Conway, AR. and also Stephens Automotive in which they gladly told me , this was covered system and this code was verified by Delta Transmission from Conway, AR. and also Stephens Automotive in which they gladly told me , this was covered by our extended warranty and told me to take it to the Kia Dealership where it sat for 3 weeks and they charged us 91 dollars to inspect the code which consist of plugging in a code reader and then stating the code must have been erased. They told us to take the car back and hopefully it will throw the code again so we could ring it back and then apparently risk paying another 150/180 dollar diagnostic test. They charged me when Delta and Stephens both did not and politely sent me to the dealership to get it fixed considering my wife travels over 80 miles one way to work on the freeways. How inconsiderate to my family and dangerous considering I went to pass a car and lost power and could not accelerate when this happened previously. I can not understand why this could not be fixed and since it was covered and then the diagnostic charge free. This is our 2/3rd KIA vehicle and we will not be buying from them due to their customer service. Their reply was we didn't fully charge you and also we replaced your recall which one a nut being screwed back on. THANKS KIA. I hope my family doesn't get involved in a wreck while waiting for stupid code that we have printed out from 2 other mechanic services. More
We sat for over an hour and recieved both no help as well as no information about what the possible problem was with our vehicle. We also were told that we would be charged a $150 "diagnostic fee." After wai as no information about what the possible problem was with our vehicle. We also were told that we would be charged a $150 "diagnostic fee." After waiting an hour and a half a sweet elderly woman in the waiting room informed us that she had been waiting since 7am that morning and it was already 3pm in the afternoon. We immediately asked for our keys back and a woman at the desk told us that if we left and "the car blew up" our warranty would no longer be good anymore (even though we didn't even have one to begin with.) The auto zone down the street helped us more in 10 minutes for free than the kia dealership did in about 2 hours after again trying to charge us $150 just to tell us what was wrong (which they never did.) All they said was, "wE cHeCkEd ThE oiL aND iT lOoKeD GoOd." We further learned that the oil did in fact NOT look good at all. Our tow truck driver gave us more insight about our car than this toilet of a dealership. If you don't want to waste your entire day here and try to be scammed out of $150 without receiving any help, I wouldn't recommend coming here. Go to an auto zone or a mechanics shop that will actually help you. You also won't have petty "Karen" salesman telling you that your car will blow up if you leave. Stay safe out there everyone, there are WAY better options than this dump. More
