Mr. Griner I apologize for your frustration in our Service Department. I have spoken with your Advisor and the Service Manager. You should have received timely updates on your vehicle from your Advisor. There were a few issues that were addressed on your vehicle; Drivability, Exterior Trim and Inspected Multibox USB Port/USB Cable. For the Drivability issues you were experiencing, we opened a KIA Tech Line Case #15894594 for assistance from KIA with those issues. However, no faults could be found or duplicated so no repairs were made and a diagnosis could not be given. You can stop by our Service Department at your convenience and get your car washed.
