The service personnel at Crain Kia are very professional and helpful. Overall, all the people I encounter when I was there (2.5 hours) were all helpful, polite, and concerned for my satisfaction. My only negative comment, is that the women's bathroom has so much air freshner, etc. to hide the fact that employees smoke in the handicap stall. I noticed this a month ago when I was there getting another vehicle serviced. This needs to be corrected because a person with asthma could be triggered by the heavy amount of perfume/air freshner in the bathroom. More

Could hear a clinking in the left front caliper of my mother's car when it it started after about 2 hours of driving on hilly Terrain never quit until it cooled off for about 2 hours and you can hear it mother's car when it it started after about 2 hours of driving on hilly Terrain never quit until it cooled off for about 2 hours and you can hear it again after about another 2 hours of driving When taking into the dealership they could find nothing wrong I've been a Chevrolet mechanic for 25 years and that usually is a sign of a bad hydraulic cylinder in the caliper no one would listen as a result it did lock up and cause severe damage not very happy I think I would just stick with Landers More

This was another poor experience with the service department. We continue to have feelings of distrust when dealing with Crain Kia Conway Service Department.
