The service center does a poor job of communicating with it’s customers and I called over 5 times and was told every time service agent was out and would call back which never happened had to go to the cent it’s customers and I called over 5 times and was told every time service agent was out and would call back which never happened had to go to the center to get any answers and no one still acted like they knew anything overall I wouldn’t recommend anyone to that service center nor will I use them again I’ve been in the automotive business for years and have never dealt with such poor business when it comes to customers and communication with them and the service agent there is very unprofessional in my point of view More
Took my vehicle in for diagnosis and possible repair. Asked service advisor if the $150 fee for diagnosis would go towards repair if chosen to do it. He said yes. It took 3 days to even get someone to look at my vehicle. What’s the point of an appointment then? Called and quoted me $1750. Seemed very expensive and he did not take off the $150. Called and asked him to fix price and get me a total out the door with tax. He said he would call me back. He never did and when I called him back he forgot to get me price. When he called me back price was $200 more expensive than it was before taking the $150 off. Local place in town quoted $800 for same repair. Price gouging and manipulation at its finest. More

My planned maintenance that I scheduled for (8,000 mile check up) was done super fast. They also took a look at and FIXED something I mentioned on the phone when making the appointment but never actually m check up) was done super fast. My poor little car got rear ended and fixed but was making a weird sound. The other people’s insurance told me to take it to the dealer, just in luck that I was headed there in a couple days anyway for regular maintenance. I called and the call center in another state said not to worry about making an appointment, it’s no big deal to fit me in. Well, they were swamped that day but when the guys at the counter realized I had a 4 hour round trip drive they asked if I would be ok waiting. Of course I was. They provided a shuttle service and I shopped, went out for lunch and came back to read in the waiting area. It did take a long time, BUT they found the problem quickly, a bunch of loose bolts, fixed it and delay with the insurance and I didn’t have to pay for it which was surprising since I though for sure it would be a reimbursement type of scenario. The whole time the people there were wonderful and kept me in the loop and check on me. Yes, there is a Kia dealer about half an hour closer but I drive a little further because the people here are amazing. More
