Mr. McDonald I apologize for you having to come back to our Service Department after your part was ordered for the Recall. However, some Recalls are VIN specific. That means when we enter your VIN for the Recall to be completed, a part must be ordered and installed on your vehicle to complete the Recall. Not all parts are sent to the Dealerships until we request them from KIA. All Recalls are covered under Warranty. We appreciate your business and understanding.
