It was a tough process for us. We came in to get a recall accomplished and set an appointment told us it would be a couple hours and it took three days to get the part and get it We came in to get a recall accomplished and set an appointment told us it would be a couple hours and it took three days to get the part and get it fixed. I think that the people making the appointment for recalls should make sure that the location has the part. It was a frustrating process because we live 30 minutes away from the dealership and had to make several trips to get this done. Sorry for this review not being positive just think something should be done about the communication breakdown. More
